Pelayanannya sangat buruk. Check in lama dan diberitah bahwa bookingan atas nama saya tidak ada. Setelah sejam lebih baru ketemu. Kamarnya tidak dingin serta closet bocor. Di komplain terkait semuanya, staffnya ngga terima malah nantangin untuk berantem diluar hotel. Bener-bener pelayanan yg sangat buruk. Hati-hati bagi yg mau menginap di hotel ini, please cek dulu bookingan kalian udah ada atau tidak ke pihak hotel agar tidak zonk seperti saya. Karna bener-bener wasting time and moment. Banyak juga review googlenya yg jelek dan rata2 hampir sama terkait pelayanan dan fasilitas hotelnya. Sayang aja hotel besar, lokasinya sangat strategis dan makanannya enak harus dirusak oleh oknum oknum front officenya. Semiga owner dan managementnya segera berbenah terkait permasalahan yg sudah berulang kali terjadi.Popular Facilities
