Handuk, dikasih 1, air minum juga dikasih satu, samphoo, odol, sabun, sikat gigi gak dikasih sama sekali. Pas saya mau check in malah dikenakan biaya tambahan dengan alasan saya check in sebelum jam 2 siang. Padalan saya udah melampirkan permintaan khusus dalam aplikasi tiket.com. kamar yg diberikan juga berada dilantai 1. Padalan saya juga menulis di permintaan khusus saya minta kamar yg berada di lantai 2. Saya sertakan bukti pembayaran saya.
