Waktu menuju lokasi yang memang terpencil cukup lama. Begitu sampai lokasi saya langsung hilang selera untuk nginap disini. Saya putuskan tidak jadi nginap disini padahal sudah saya bayar untuk 2 kamar. Pantesan aja ga ada fitur refund atau reschedule untuk penginapan ini, rupanya semacam disengaja kali ya. Ga usah dimasukin dalam aplikasi digital deh daripada makin banyak orang ketipu. Sangat tidak sesuai dengan iklannya

Pesan 2 kamar dan Datang malam sampai di lokasi bilang nya listrik mati.. Reception bilang nya di minta cancel aja suruh cari hotel lain dan gak klik check in.. Tp saat komplain ke tiket. Com buat pengaduan utk refund tidak bisa karena pihak hotel nya menyatakan kita sdh check in.. Sy bilang mana bukti nya sy sdh check in.. Ini paling parah.. Scamming model baru...Popular Facilities
