Hotel cukup bagus, kamar mandi sedikit kurang bersih, dan air panas beberapa kali tidak panas di waktu-waktu tertentu dan airnya sedikit. Tirai kamar sangat ngepres jadi privasi kurang. AC kurang dingin, TV beberapa channel burem. Lokasi dekat mall, jadi tidak perlu khawatir cari kebutuhan pribadi. Pelayanan resepsionis kurang cepat.
