Kelebihan: Lokasi oke, harga terjangkau, staff ramah. Kamar cukup luas dan bersih di awal check-in. Air panas dingin normal. Kekurangan: Masalah hama. Selama menginap beberapa kali menemukan kecoa di kamar dan kamar mandi. Padahal hotelnya bagus, sayang banget kalau masalah kebersihan ini gak ditangani. Mohon pihak hotel bisa lebih rutin fogging dan cek celah2 kamar ya. Karena selain itu semua udah bagus. Semoga cepat dibenahi

Saya sudah langganan menginap disini . Saat pinjam gelas ke receptionis, responnya lama aku bilang tidak jadi krn udah ngantuk baru pulang kerja malam malah ditanya " wah kerja apa malam pulang pagi". Saat akses room terblokir, saya kembali ke resepsionis. Sudah saya ingatkan batas check out jam 1 dan minta jangan digedor2 karena mau istirahat. Tapi malah ditanya "nggak extend ya" dan "pulang kemana". Pertanyaan seperti itu tidak relevan dan mengganggu privasi tamu. Sebagai receptionis, tugasnya melayani bukan menginterogasi. Mohon untuk dievaluasi pelayanannya. Tamu yang capek butuh istirahat, bukan pertanyaan pribadi.
