Bukan hotel, malah seperti menginap di rumah kerabat, pemiliknya sangat ramah, karena saya check-in larut malam dan jam 5 pagi sudah check-out untuk pulang ke Jakarta, saya belum sempat menikmati sarapan. Kamar mandinya bersih. Lokasinya dekat dengan jalan-jalan dan pusat oleh-oleh.

Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pemilik penginapan cukup ramah. Penginapan ini bukan hotel, melainkan guest house. Sarapan disiapkan dan saya disajikan kopi saat baru datang. Sayang sekali saya tidak sempat mencoba sarapan karena terburu-buru. Secara keseluruhan pelayanan dari penginapan ini cukup baik dan ramah. Fasilitas kamar juga masih sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Hanya saja kebersihan perlu lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Bisa dipertimbangkan sebagai penginapan yang bisa dipertimbangkan karena tidak terlalu jauh dari pusat keramaian.

Lokasinya cukup strategis, hanya 1 km dari Malioboro, dan pada jam-jam tertentu macet. Dekat dengan bebek H. Slamet (seberang tinggal menyeberang). Kamar tersedia dengan AC dan non-AC. Harga relatif terjangkau, berkisar antara 200- 300 ribu. Kamar mandinya bersih. Pelayanan sangat ramah dan kekeluargaan. Pemilik dan keluarga tinggal di tempat yang sama.
