Tempatnya nyaman jika tidak ada yang mengeluh ingin menginap dengan harga murah namun dengan fasilitas mewah (pengalaman saya sebagai turis di provinsi lain). Fasilitasnya juga bisa mendukung kita. Ada WiFi dengan kecepatan yang bagus, TV, AC, tempat tidur tambahan untuk empat orang (kasur ukuran kecil), dispenser dengan 3 jenis suhu (panas, normal, dingin), teh dan gula (self service), kamar mandi yang bagus, suhu air mandi panas dan dingin, mangkok toilet duduk, bisa wifian sambil BAB, dekat Malioboro, dekat dengan Pop Mart (seperti Indomaret). Tidak terlalu berisik. Desain kamar dan hotel minimalis. Kelemahannya adalah hotel sering penuh, jadi jika ingin memesan jauh-jauh hari agar aman, sejahtera, dan tenteram.

Ini homestay dengam standart pelayanan hotel bintang 5. Nilai Plusnya: 1. Pertama kali masuk ketemu bapak2, aku minta tolong jam 13.30 kamar uda siap pakai. Padahal peraturannya check in jam 14.00 dan jam 12.30 penghuni sebelumnya br kluar. Hasilnya bneran jam 13.30 kamar sudah bisa dipakai dan kami blh masuk. 2. Pertama kali masuk kamar, kesan pertama adl bersih dan waaaangiiiiii. 😍 Wanginya pun nggak ilang2 sampai kami checkout besok harinya. 3. Sprei, bedcover, sarung bantal guling semua diganti baru, bersiiih dan wangiiiii bgt. 4. AC nyala, dingin. 5. Kamar mandi dalam kamar, dan bersih 6. Shower kondisi baik 7. Ada ember besar dan gayung. 8 Air panas nyala baik. 9. Disediakan 2 handuk bersih wangi, 2 sikat gigi odol, 1 sabun batangan. Aku minta sabun batangan lagi ke mbak receptionistnya ehh dikasih 2. 10. closset duduk 11. Disediakan air mineral galon diluar kamar, ada cangkir, sendok, teh, dan gula. 12. Ada parkir motor didalam pagar. Muat 6 motor, bahkan lebih ya krn di dalam hotelnya masih ada space unt parkir motor. 13. Lokasi dekat dengan malioboro. Jalan kaki beberapa langkah uda sampai. 14. lingkungan Hotelnya Hening. Hommy. 15. Ada TV kira2 19 inch, tayangan lokal. 16. Ada Meja, cermin lumayan besar. 17. Luas kamar tidak terlalu besar tidak terlalu sempit. Suara didalam kamar juga tidak bocor keluar. 18. Hotel masuk gang, tapi ga jauh dr mulut gang. Minusnya: 1. Tidak ada lemari pakaian. Kalo ke Jogja aku mau kesini lagi. Mantaab Samodra Homestay, Terimakasih.

Homestay ini sangat saya sarankan jika berkunjung ke jogja. Lokasinya tidak jauh dari Malioboro. Jika berkunjung ke jogja, maka saya sangat menyarankan untuk menginap di Samudra Homestay Malioboro. Saya bisa melakukan pemesanan melalui WhatsApp ataupun aplikasi. Semua staff nya melayani dengan sangat baik hati. Suasana kamar nya sangat menyenangkan. Fasilitas yang mereka sediakan juga sangat memadai.
