Sanggraloka Ubud truly impressed me! The welcome fruits were amazing! Especially the local oranges, so fresh and delicious, definitely the best I’ve had. The food and drinks were all tasty and well-prepared. The staff were outstanding. They're very polite and friendly. The whole resort feels special, from the natural spring point and butterfly farm to the butterfly museum, kids’ painting activities, and of course, the famous outdoor escalators. The room was also great and comfortable. A memorable stay overall!

Me and my family had a wonderful vacation at Sanggraloka Ubud. It had such a wonderful view of valley with the location only being 20 minutes away from Ubud Center. the farm has many spices collections, so they educate my children the name of spices that are usually used by Balinese people.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The breakfast was excellent, with a semi-buffet setup offering a great selection of fresh and delicious food. It was one of the best parts of our stay. We booked a private pool with a valley view, but it wasn't really the valley view we were expecting. Also, while the room is marketed as having a private pool, it isn't completely private. There are rooms directly above, and we could hear guests making noise at night, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a quiet, secluded experience. Another thing to be aware of is the location. The hotel is quite far from Ubud Center, so you'll need transportation if you plan to explore the area frequently. Overall, the outstanding staff and excellent breakfast were the highlights of our stay. However, the limited valley view, the lack of privacy in the pool villa, and the distance from Ubud Center are all worth considering before booking.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon while it was in its soft opening phase. To be fair, since it’s a new property, the room quality and facilities were clean and brand new. The staff initially seemed friendly. However, our experience was completely ruined by their utter lack of professionalism during and after checkout. We had a massage at the hotel and specifically requested to "post to room" to pay during checkout. When we checked out, we paid for our room service and explicitly asked the front desk, "Is everything settled? Are we good to go?" They confirmed that everything was paid for and told us we were clear to leave. Here is where the nightmare started: 1. Harassment on the way to the airport: While heading to the airport, the hotel contacted us claiming they "forgot" to charge us for the massage. 2. Security Risk: They asked for my credit card information over the phone. Even after providing it, they claimed the payment failed and started demanding an e-transfer. 3. Constant Nagging: Ever since then, the management has been hounding me via WhatsApp and email, constantly asking me to do this and that to fix their mistake. This is clearly an issue caused by the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff, not the guest. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, they have been incredibly annoying and have repeatedly ruined my post-vacation mood. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. If you want a stress-free honeymoon, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
