We arrived at night, it located at a small alley and the area is lack of lighting, it felt a bit uncomfortable because it was dark. The staffs was helpful. We reserved a family room, however the room was very different from the pictures. It was clean and bright, but smaller, on the picture there are 2 bed, single and double bed, but reality 1 quenn, and floor matrass. And our experience got worse because the electricity was out in the middle of the night, until we left. I straightened my hair at a pendopo in the middle of the guest house, so awkward, but I need to do my hair for my meeting. I think they need to consider having a genset. In the morning the hotel looks ok, it was empty, my family and I was the only guest. The other rooms looks clean too, however the public area was not too clean.Popular Facilities
