The room here is bigger but needs to be cleaned, especially the floor and bedside table lights. They gave us a room that was not ready and messed up the cleanliness. The bathroom was lovely. Thankfully we got a free room.

Based on favourable reviews of the establishment, I made a reservation online a few months before our trip. While Flores was at the cheaper end of the spectrum, we didn't mind because it seemed worthwhile. However, the reception area was shattered. The receptionist appeared to be dealing with a cellphone problem that distracted her. It's a good thing I had the hotel voucher with me so she could process our checking. She provided us with a room that was not ready, sending our poor porter into a conniption, mumbling something about poor housekeeping staff communication. We were finally given a free and ready room. The bathroom was welcoming and had a rain shower head and hot water. In the morning, breakfast was good but simple. There is a very limited buffet and you can choose either eggs or pancakes. Overall, the rooms are spacious, but the floors and under the bed could use some cleaning. Added another night table light would also be welcome.

She appeared to have a cellphone problem that kept her from doing her job. It's good that I had my hotel voucher with me so she could check. She gave us a room that wasn't ready, sending our poor porter into chaos and complaining about housekeeping staff's poor communication. We were eventually given a furnished, complimentary room. With a rain shower head and hot water, the restroom was pleasant. Good but simple brunch in the morning. There is a fairly limited buffet and one can choose to eat eggs and pancakes. Overall, though, the rooms are roomy, the floors and under the bed need to be scrubbed more thoroughly. Another nightstand lamp would also be appreciated.

Although Flores is on the cheaper side of the spectrum, we didn't mind it because it seemed right. The receptionist was inefficient when we arrived at the front desk. She looked to be taking care of a problem on her cellphone that distracted her. It's great that I have a hotel ticket in case I'm able to check our booking. The bathroom was pleasant, with a rain shower head and hot water. Breakfast in the morning was good but basic. Eggs or pancakes are available, and the buffet is very limited. Overall, the rooms are spacious but could use cleaning, especially the floors and beneath the bed.

Setelah menempuh perjalanan panjang, saya sangat senang ketika saya memasuki lokasi hotel. Lampu taman yang remangremang memberikan suasana romantis. Kamar kamar mandi luas dan bersih. Kasur berkualitas dengan udara dingin membuat kami beristirahat dengan nyaman. Recommended hotel.
