Lokasinya cukup strategis, interiornya modern minimalis, dilengkapi dengan smart TV dan air panas. Bangunannya masih baru, sehingga sangat bersih dan harganya terjangkau. Namun, kasurnya kedap suara karena tengahnya jelong, sehingga membuat badan sakit saat bangun. Selain itu, kamarnya sangat rentan terhadap pencurian. Secara keseluruhan, tempat ini sangat baik, namun kemarin kedap suara karena tempat tidurnya terasa tidak nyaman.
