We reserved 4 rooms for a family vacation, and I was shocked to find that the hotel was located in a small alley with no parking. They upgraded our two rooms to the huge twobedroom family cottage with a kitchenette. I was skeptical at first, but at the end of the trip I was grateful we found the hotel. The location was perfectly in the center of everything, you can walk to Petitenget beach, and it is surrounded by eateries. Yes, the hot water is very low pressure and has minimal bathroom facilities, but the wifi was great and the breakfast was good, but there was a limited selection. The rooms were large and the family rooms are ideal for families, which is why it is called a family room. The pool was great and I would give the staff a 2 star review. Cant complain about anything other than the parking place, but for such a price you get more than what you paid for. I wholeheartedly suggest it.

Pengalaman menginap selama 2 malam di Ku House Seminyak ini berbeda dengan hotel yang pernah saya kunjungi. Untuk menuju penginapan ini saya harus menggunakan aplikasi wave dan ketika sudah mendekati ada kesan yang meragukan karena lokasi penginapan yang agak terpencil apalagi saya menggunakan mobil untuk bisa menuju ke Ku House seminyak. Tempat parkir yang agak jauh dari penginapan membuat saya khawatir dengan keadaan mobil yang saya rental. Namun begitu sampai di resepsionis, saya disambut baik dan diberi beberapa tips untuk bisa menikmati kamar. Mobil memang harus agak berjauhan dari penginapan namun dijamin aman dan agar tidak mengganggu tamu lain dan sekitar parkir mobil, kunci mobilnya harus dititipkan ke resepsionis. Itu sangat! Karena saya pemesanan untuk 3 manusia, diberi kamar yang cukup baik namun tempat tidurnya ukuran ratu. Jadilah kita bertiga tidur agak berdesakan. Kamar saya di kamar 108 kamar yang paling ujung di lantai Menariknya setiap kamar memiliki balkon yang bisa digunakan untuk bersantai menikmati udara bali.

Very satisfying and good service. Very recommended for all those who want to have a great stay. The location of this hotel is quite strategic, yet the atmosphere is pleasant and there are many great restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and professional, the best in Bali. The cleanliness of the room was good, and the swimming pool was amazing.
