Kamar kotor, bantal bau. Pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa dikunci perlengkapan mandi dapat handuk dan sabun. Kolam kotor hijau. Dikamar disediakan pemanas air dan gelas (kotor) tidak dapat air minum dll. Book kamar dengan sarapan pas pagi mau sarapan staff tidak ada, setelah ketemu malah bingung. Bahkan dapat kata-kata harga segitu mana dapat sarapan, padahal dipesanan ada keterangan dengan sarapan untuk 2 orang. Akhirnya dibawakan mie goreng saja bahkan tanpa air putih dengan alasan tidak persiapan untuk buat sarapan krn tidak ada konfirmasi sebelumnya đ

Tanggal 31 Des 2025 - 1 Jan 2026, pengalaman buruk, Untung hanya pesan 1 malam itupun krn mendadak krn ada Gwk countdown new year 2026. 1. Pertama kali ke Bali tapi sudah buruk pengalaman menginap di Bali dimana di urban view krn kami check di malam hari sudah disambut sama orang2 mabuk, dari pengelola dan penghuni tidak terapkan keamanan. 2. Kamar kotor, kecoa, kelabang, sprei bau apek, bantal bau. Sudah minta ganti sprei tapi si ibu yang jaga bilang itu baru, jelas2 bau apek dan penuh debu 3. kamar mandi kotor, tidak ada sabun, sikat gigi, bahkan handuk pas dimintapun harus pake ngotot dulu, bahkan hanya di kasih 1 handuk untuk berdua, sama sekali tidak disarankan menginap di Urban View. 4. AC tunggu diminta hidupin dulu, ditambah remotnya malah dibawa sama ibu penjaganya, seolah gak boleh disetting sama penghuni kan bayar ya. Aneh bin Ajaib 5. Untuk harga 300 ribuan per 1 malam ini sangat buruk, terutama bau rokok, apek, dan air kecil. baru kali ini nginap sampe gak mau mandi karena kotornya.
