Will definitely be back. The Cantina has the most beautiful rooms, bathrooms and out door areas. Attention to detail is exceptional! The private pool is absolutely stunning! The staff is excellent too, attentive yet giving you space and peace to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended!.

I just spent 3 nights here, and it was amazing. It completely exceeded our already high hopes, lol. Our stay in Gil was absolutely wonderful. Excellent staff welcomed us with a welcome drink and a small cake when we arrived. Our villa and pool were stunning and immaculate. Also, the location was ideal. It felt quiet and secluded, but it was also near everything, a brief bike ride away, and you're right on the beach with turtles teetering in waist-deep water just yards from shore. They even provided bikes for us to use throughout our stay. I actually get emotional when I think about how time I spent in Gil, it's like living in a screensaver. We plan to return for 57 days the next time.

This place is excellent. The room's layout is impeccable and a nice stay. The private pool was the highlights of the trip, and the staff was very pleasant. The breakfast here was delicious with a big selection and fresh fruit.

Since 2008, I've stayed at many places in Gil Trawangan, and Cantina was far superior to other options, especially the more expensive and overpriced beachfront resorts. Why? The standard of lodging is beyond both European and Australian standards. The private pool is fantastic. The personnel is amazing. The best island breakfast is served. Two of the island's best restaurants are within 200 meters of the ideal island's beach. Can't find any flaws. Highly advised.

We liked the 2 bedrooms, nice design and super staff. Around 7 min long walk to the best part of the beach with the turtles. Breakfast is sufficient diversified and of good quality. Aircorn works well, individual swimming is restful. Staff were really helpful when needed. Thumbs up.
