Nginep di sini pas Touring bareng temen-temen ke area Ciletuh, Tempatnya asik view-nya dikelilingi perbukitan dan beberapa Curug, mau ke Curug tinggal jalan kaki..siapin bayar buat tiketnya ya Staf Villa nya oke banget, gercep Semoga kapan2 bisa maen ke sini lagi

pemandangannya luar biasa , keren . mlm dan pagi kedengeran bgd aer dr curug . pokonya the best sh . pelayanannya juga , mas mas nya baik bgd . cuma jalan menuju ke villa nya ajah yg butuh effort . mudahmudahan segera di perbaiki karena tempat wisata juga .

Tempat-nya nyaman, staff nya ramah, semua nya cukup bagus. Hanya saja yang kurang bagian kamar mandi karena air-nya kurang kencang dan jika sedang mandi air nya mengambang sampai depan pintu kamar mandi, jadi menurut saya saluran pembuangan nya kurang besar sehingga air tidak langsung mengalir. Dan untuk tempat cuci piring ya harus dibuatkan seperti wastafel dan diberi penerangan. Terima kasih Udara segar dan tersanitasi. Udara segar dan tersanitasi.

kamar yg dipesan tidak sesuai gambar sama sekali, atmosfirnya Seram sampai anak sy rewel ketakutan krn lebih buruk kondisinya dibanding kamar kami di rumah sendiri. sangat tidak mencerminkan kamar harga 689 rb per malam. akses ke villa cukup sulit karena jalan sempit & permukaannya tidak mulus. masuk ke kamarnyapun musti melewati tangga tanpa railing & tidak standar. Kasurnya BUSA bukan springbed, tidak ada Shower air hangat, tidak ada TV, tidak ada complimentary air minum, tidak ada Minibar, interiornya persis seperti kos2an murah, tidak punya selera seni & ga ada sense untuk memberikan kenyamanan untuk tamu. di kamar mandi melihat gentong biru seperti tempat sampah. kami disediakan kulkas & dispenser yg sifatnya sharing di tapi harus keluar kamar, melintasi sirkulasi sempit tanpa railing & naik tangga lagi yg gak ada atapnya, kalau hujan sangat berbahaya apalagi tangga tidak ada raiing & sambil kehujanan. kalau spt itu dimana letak enjoy liburannya? setelah sy cek bookingan saya & melihat lagi etiket sy langsung komplain ke staffnya dan staff nya bilang over booked & akan pindahkan sy ke kamar lain. akhirnya sy dipindahkan ke hotel samudra jaya dekat dengan pantai dgn akses yg lebih mudah. tapi apakah harus dikomplain dulu sampai kami harus merasakan kamar yg tidak layak & kemudian dipindahkan ke hotel lain? bayangkan jika kami tidak komplain apakah ada itikad baik itu? karena cara spt itu udah sperti SCAM/penipuan. jika over book seharusnya hotel memberi info sebelumnya & memberi solusi jauh hadi atau sebelum kami pergi kesana. lelahh sekali lohh apalagi bawa anak bayi yg rewel kalo keadaannya gak nyaman.Popular Facilities
