Our stay here was truly delightful. Yuli is a charming host who clearly takes great care in providing her guests with countless opportunities. We particularly enjoyed the numerous pools and the roomy gardens. Being able to rent oho scooters here for 70 k per day and take advantage of their dedicated driver for our subsequent travel was convenient. The location was ideal for us, being not too far away (as i had anticipated when examining the map before making the reservation). The rooms could benefit from some upkeep, which is why we gave them four stars rather than five. Since the first room we stayed in had faulty toilets, we were moved to relocating. There was no privacy in the new room because the bathroom door didnt close, and there was broken lighting on the terrace. Fair enough for the staff, when we informed them about the malfunctioning toilet, they were unable to immediately switch rooms, but they did take note of my other feedback at checkout, so hopefully these minor issues will be resolved soon.

The location is close to local restaurants. And then, the room was very clean and a good size. After that, they have amazing staff. Subsequently, this place is an excellent place to stay.

A wonderful stay in lombok for a surfer. My friends recommended this location to me because they had recommended me when they first visited early last year. I spent about five weeks there from december 2023 to deceiving deed of 2024. The location is ideal for surfing, with all the nightlife and restaurants nearby. Gawan, the receptionist, is really nice, and the price for one month is very reasonable for the room with breakfast and pool included. Perhaps the only drawback was the weak wifi connection in the apartment, but getting closer to the door or the pool is fine. Every time they visit lombak, i have met other people who frequently stay for extended periods at yulis homestay. Im hoping to become one of them. Makasi.

The proprietor was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The homestay and room were both very nice, with a comfortable bed and savoring pool. However, the only drawbacks were that the outdoor shower in the room was cold and that it was meant to be hot but turned out to have been cold as well. As resulting, there was no warm or hot shower for ten days! There were numerous mosquitoes in our room, while the table and linens had not been changed or cleaned. Additionally, we smelled strongly of cigarettes.

We only reserved one room, but it would also be ideal for a group trip. Wonderful location with spacious rooms and shady yard and pool area. We cant wait to stay here again because yuli was the friendliest and most welcoming woman.

I have already reserved for 2024. After two separate weeks of stay in august, i just left Yulis. I could have easily stayed for a month because of the accommodations, staff, service, and friendliness they provide. Thank you, mulay, jalan,reza, all the employees, for another wonderful stay. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting kuta! Yuli was very helpful and kind to us. All things are very friendly. The rooms were very clean. Bed is very comfortable and the sheets were changed daily. They have incredibly delicious breakfast with varying options. Overall, its s hygienic and very peaceful for sleeping.

I didnt make a reservation in advance, but i was fortunate to get arranged. This was occupied by supper near the propertys entryway. They may be the homestays oldest rooms. The mats were old, at least not good, and there was no tv. There was an air conditioner, however, there wasnt na blanket on the bed, or the air conditionings power was insufficient for the room size. Because of the low water pressure, the shower was not excellent, as was the absence of hot water. In any case, all the staff members were excellent. It was greatly appreciated that the proprietors wife spoke with all of their guests at breakfast. Breakfast was reasonably priced and free. Overall, despite not staying in the same room, im hoping to return to this location.

Yulis homestay deserves more stars, i would! This is not only an oasis in the heart of a bustling city. The rooms are spacious and spotless. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to collect food for us after my son had reacted to something and couldnt see properly, so he didnt have to leave him. We like it so much that weve extended our stay by ten days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this establishment, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff members were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The facilities were also wellmaintained, with lovely pools and pleasant surroundings. Although the wifi could be improved in the further rooms, it was better in those closer to the front desk. Kitchen facilities and beverages are available, adding to our overall experience. Our intention of staying there for four nights was to extend our visit by more than two weeks! Many thanks, yulis and your family, for a wonderful experience!.

Its a really nice place and close to the city center. There are 3 swimming pools, lots of space, and the grounds are well maintained. Shared kitchens that are userfriendly and have delicious breakfasts. Well worth it.

I heartily endorse this location! Yuli is a wonderful host, she is so kind and caring. The homestay is immaculate, wellkept, and lovely. There are three pools, excellent air conditioning, spacious rooms, incredibly convenient air circulation, an amazing water refill in the kitchen, all of which are fantastic. Breakfast here was excellent, as was the staff.
