I came to Middle East for the first time, and they made it very pleasant. Very friendly staff with good English made my first visit comfortable. I was helped to get a network connection for my phone, repair my iPad, recommendations for restaurants and attractions, even a staff member taught me how to cross a busy street and visit the opposite mall. Breakfast was disappointing from a western perspective, there was no real coffee.

I stayed in this hotel for work trip room 307, the room is nice, the bathroom isn't bad and the room has air conditioning. The hotel has a spa and massage. The stuff is very helpful and the hotel provides airport pick up at 100 Iqd = 9$.

Good hotel, clean, nice bed, and spacious room. I first got a room without windows but they changed me to a better one with a view of the mall. The location is good, it's easy to find taxis etc. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, it has everything except real coffee. The staff is friendly. There is a small pool and gym. WiFi works well.

Excellent hotel, with tidy and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with a good selection of spreads. There is a small coffee buffet in the reception area, and there is work going on to create a small fastfood cafe. The hotel personnel are helpful and helpful. Very fair price for a hotel of high quality.

I stayed in this hotel in April 2015, it's very comfortable, interesting, and clean. Room service was good and fast. Hotel staff were very cooperative and helpful in responding. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They had a secure garage car parking in the underground, which security cameras could observe. Lovely bathroom. In the morning, enjoy breakfast in the gallery where you can see cars and people on the street. Good luck.
