Very easy check in and check out system. Super large room and bathroom. Parking right outside. Great communication. Perfect location for restaurants etc in Kinsale. Great breakfast in the Cosy Cafe and Lemon Leaf.

Great three night stay. Property was clean enough. Slight lack of attention to detail eg. Shower gel empty, curtains need rehanging, no guest manual at all. Those were minor niggles and overall I had a comfy, quiet and pleasant stay.

A very nice room, well appointed and very conveniently located to everything in Kinsale. The experience was very Airbnb; the only contact I had with another human being on the property was to ask a question of the nice woman who was cleaning the rooms.

Clean, very nicely decorated, very spacious room and bathroom. Can only be reached by short walk up the stairs, but this was clearly mentioned in the posting. Our toilet did not flush. It was repaired the next day, but should have been taken care of before our arrival. I recommend this property

We had a spacious room with a great bathtub. We were able to find street parking easily and could walk wherever we wanted to go. There was a little confusion with the check in only because we did not get the email letting us know how to find the key and get in. There was a nice gentleman there cleaning and he helped us out. I would stay there again and would definitely recommend it to others. Kinsale is beautiful.

Le gros point négatif c'est qu'il a été très difficile de communiquer avec l'hôte. Pas de réponse courriel, pas de réponse à la porte une fois sur place et nous n'avons jamais réussi à téléphoner non plus... Par contre, une fois les informations transmises par courriel quelques heures avant l'arrivée seulement et les clés reçues, la place est super tranquille et c'est vraiment un magnifique endroit qui se trouve à proximité de tout. J'y retournerais probablement malgré tout.

Beautiful place & easy self check in. Building was very difficult to find. Hidden in the back and we had to ask Locals how to get there… once we found it, it was perfect. Clean and had all we need. Within walking distance to all the main sites. Worth staying at!
