Beyond that, I have to say that I found the manager really friendly and supportive when I returned for a 2nd stay. I arrived early and the room wasn't ready yet, and I had mentioned some frustration I had been having (not with the hotel) and he offered me a free coffee and a few other kindnesses to brighten what had been a rough day. The desk in the room was not great for work with a laptop but the table outside was fine (and I really enjoyed the terrace!) There is also an affordable co-working office nearby.

the hotel is clean, comfortable and stylish, has enough aircon, but it is missing a physical reception desk in the the hotel. Upon arrival, I had to phone the hotel (using my long distance minutes because I do not have Israeli SIM) to retrieve the check in details. This is problematic because 95% of the hotels in the world have a physical reception. So be prepared for the lack of onsite help.

The room was very small and is skating by on the description of the amenities available. Bed wasn’t fitted together properly and was pushed in to a corner of the room, bathroom taps not properly attached, door handle to the balcony was broken. Kitchenette was actually a shelf to put the coffee machine on, no facility for washing other than the bathroom sink, no hot plate, very limited storage, wet room was small meaning it got water everywhere The worst thing was communication about gaining access. They won’t issue instructions for access until you have sent a picture of your border card, with connectivity issues at the border and a late arrival this was very stressful and unnecessary. They do mention building work next door but didn’t mention the several air conditioning units on neighbouring buildings which are directly outside the windows at the back of the building. The room was decorated well and the location is good but a friend had a much better room just around the corner for the same price

Great location for the beach and restaurants. The hotel itself was very well equipped and modern looking. Room was small but for the price that wasn’t an issue - beds super comfy too and stylish looking decor. The biggest negative for us was the noise - the hotel is surrounded on pretty much all sides by building sites, which made for lots of early morning drilling etc. I understand that this is not something that can be controlled, but it did dramatically reduce the comfort of the stay for me and my partner. We moved room once to find a less noisy side of the building, but even then construction noise (though quieter) was quite loud from early in the morning - I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper! Or, wait a couple of years then return - the whole of the city is full of building works though so I appreciate that it’s hard to guarantee a quiet spot. The lack of reception also made it difficult for us to communicate about the above to mitigate problems, but again that’s part of the cost-calculation of the hotel. I’d recommend for those looking for a central location, low cost comfy rooms and who are deep sleepers :)

I had a horrible experience here. I paid extra for a larger patio, but it turned out that my patio was shared with the guest next door. The patio space was divided by a makeshift wooden fence that might as well have not been there. My room was not clean - the sheets were dirty. I found a cockroach. Overall, a horrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone. No elevator to get all your bags up to the 3rd floor (or air conditioning in the stairwell) The rooms are tiny (which I knew), but the bathroom is so small you can barely get inside.
