La chambre était prête à l'arrivée et un panier rempli de petites attentions nous y attendait. Un frigo contenant eau et vin est mis à la disposition des occupants sans frais. Les propriétaires communiquent par Whatsapp pour toutes demande ou questions à chaque jour, ce qui est fort utile. La chambre est très propre et bien climatisée. Les restaurants à proximité sont nombreux et de bonnes recommandation. À recommander sans hésiter.

Dora & Rossella were absolutely amazing hosts from start to finish! They were so helpful with a late check in and early check out and were so accomodating and nothing was too much trouble! Room's are nice and clean and the bed is super comfortable after a big day of exploring. The added little bonus of water and other facilities such as tea and coffee in the morning at no extra charge was also a little cherry ontop of a great stay. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again next time we come back to Rome!

Fantastiskt bra boende där man sköter sig själv. Perfekt att åka flygbussen till, endast 7 euro per person. Bra gångavstånd för att besöka Vatikanen och bra restauranger. Med bra promenadskor kan man gå till de flesta sevärdheterna i centrala Rom. Otroligt hjälpsamma och trevlig personal ex. tidtabell eller bagageförvaring. Ingick kaffe, diverse drycker och snacks under hela vistelsen. Rent och fräscht med sköna sängar och kuddar. Rekommenderar varmt detta boendet.

Nice stay close to Vatican. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Common area equipped with coffee maker, kettle, small fridge and something to eat (coffee, tea, sweet rolls and other products for italian breakfast). Thank you Dora and Rossella for nice stay at your suite. I strongly recomended.

Rossella was an amazing hostess. She guided us on how to get in our room due to a late check in. She was such a friendly person and made herself available for whatever request we had. Her sister was also super friendly and helpful. We are late sleepers and the cleaning folks understood this and worked with us to not disturb us. My girlfriend and I were so happy staying here. Nightly they put out little breakfast snacks and free water and drinks if wanted. They bought us a birthday bottle of wine and wrote a nice note for us to celebrate with it. We cannot say enough about how happy we were staying here. And to top it all off, its close to the Vatican and other places to visit. Thank you so much Rossella for your kindness.

Very good little hotel in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from the metro, a few minutes from the vatican, and a pleasant stroll into the main sights of rome. It's in a lovely neighborhood with lots of nice shops, cafes, bars and restaurants around. The location has a nice vibe. The hotel itself is small, immaculately clean and well-kept. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the bathroom is spotless! There is complimentary tea, coffee, snacks, and a refrigerator for chilling beverages. Memory foam mattresses mattress that is very soft and comfortable. Window shutters are on the windows. You hear a little street noise, but this is normal for such a fantastic location. One major advantage is how easy check-in is. Like most hotels in Rome, it's an apartment building that has been converted to a converted floor. Most places will charge you more for late check-in, but it's free here and everything is simple and easy no matter your check-in. The two ladies were, in my opinion, sisters! It ran well. Very friendly and accommodating. It was great value cheaper than many other lodging options that looked like they were of lower standard! I would definitely return here.

The location of this Guesthouse is very strategic, close to Peters square, the bridge and the center of Rome. They have a wifi and netflix facility. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The rooms are elegantly decorated. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and clean.

We would 110 recommend this place to stay while in Rome to anyone who can't wait to return as soon as possible. Me and my partner stayed here for three nights for his birthday in Rome. The ladies couldn't have been more welcoming and did more for us. It was wonderful to know they were just a text away! They were incredibly friendly! Fresh bedding and towels every day despite not being there for that long was an incredible touch and appreciated. The bed and mattress were fantastic and very comfy, just like a premier inn bed! My partner struggles to sleep a lot, rarely, but not while we were away. The small pastries and sweets in the room, fresh water, beer and wine outside the rooms, were another amazing touch. The shutter on the window made it feel very authentic alongside the old fashioned lift. The black out shutter made the room so dark, which greatly helped for a good nights sleep. It was also so central, a fantastic position.

Dora and Rosella were a great hosts. We could not have asked for more from them, they were incredibly welcoming and ensured that your stay was perfect. The only drawback is that the wifi was quite erratic and often didn't work. Unfortunately, we heard a bit too much from our neighbors if I remember correctly. This is what I would suggest to everyone, and if I had to go again, this would be my first stop.

Great place to stay - very clean and modern, yet comfortable. Rossella was extremely friendly, accessible and responsive. The only downside was that the AC wasn't working for one night but it was fixed as quickly as possible.

Do NOT stay here. I checked out after only one night. There was no hot water. What warm water the shower did have was a tiny trickle. When we informed the manager they stated that the previous guest also had the same issue but the building's systems were old and could not handle more water flow. This is not a hotel, it's a converted room in an apartment suite. The manager promised a refund, but so far they have not done so.
