Det var et fint hotell i et veldig gammelt bygg. Midt i byen og sentralt. Litt vanskelig å sjekke inn utenom åpningstider pga jeg sleit med å få telefon dekning inne i bygget. Sengen var litt for tynn og hard for min smak, men alt i alt et bra hotell. Ville sovet her igjen.

For entry in the morning, press the buzzer on the outside of the building at Largo Plebiscito, 23. Filippo came to the front door to welcome us and bring us directly to check in. The hotel is inside a larger building but once one is familiar with the setup, access is easy. Room is clean and simple, including a refrigerator, with ample control of the AC to make it as cool or warm, (we were here in early July, hot days) as desired. Very nice breakfast area available 24x7. Excellent location for restaurants, cafe's, "PAM" grocery store 5 minute walk. If you have luggage and are heading to a cruise ship, highly recommend asking Filippo to arrange a taxi/van pickup (better than Uber) which will bring you right to the cruise terminal adjacent to the ships. While the port is close (5-minutes), it's a long walk to get to the ship boarding terminal. If 7Bell's House is full, highly recommend Palazzo Alibrandi next door at Largo Plebiscito, 14. Filippo manages Palazzo Alibrandi as well.

7Bells house is a unique boutique hotel directly across from the Civitavecchia port. Our 2-night stay was comfortable, and our host was so helpful with everything. Our room was spotless, and breakfast (continental) was very good. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Philippe at the front desk was very helpful with our luggage, gave us a tour of the hotel floor, answered our questions about visiting Rome, and even secured our bags when we forgot to lock our room on the first night. The room was spacious, though desk area was a bit small. The beds are quite comfortable; and I particularly liked the heating appliance in the bathroom to dry towels and clothes. Overall, it was a great stay and a very short walk to the free cruise shuttle.

Absolutely wonderful! We were warmly welcomed and even able to check in early after being exhausted from a cruise. The customer service was fantastic, properly spotless and our room was very comfortable for our family of 4, even with air conditioning - which is very hard to find! The host had wonderful recommendations of local restaurants and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice to stay in a beautiful old building that has been restored and updated. Great location and has an elevator. Not sure if I missed it when I booked, but breakfast is not included, only coffee. Which is fine, plenty of options nearby. Love the outdoor patio - nice view and perfect for breakfast or relaxing after dinner. Spacious room and bathroom. Made arrangements for us to get to the cruise port area.
