ホスピタリティあふれるおじさんが指定の時間に来てくれて受付。内部のシステムを丁寧に説明してくれました。同行者の部屋でカギ閉じ込めのトラブルがありましたが真夜中にかかわらず電話で対応、それでも難しかったのかわざわざ来てくれて鍵を開けてくれました。朝食はおじさんがきてくれて温かいコーヒーとパンをトーストしてくれました。こちらのつたない英語でも、観光アドバイスをしてくれたりジョークをはさんできてくれたりと気さくなおじさんで、数泊の旅の中で最も印象深い宿泊になりました。たまたまですがみつけて宿泊できてよかったです。できればまた訪れたいと思います。

Detta B&B visade sig vara mer som en liten lägenhet där det fanns en enkel frukost i kylskåp och skafferi. Rummen med tillhörande badrum och toalett var väldigt fräscha och rena och städades regelbundet under vår vistelse. Mycket bra läge! Vi blev väldigt trevligt bemötta och (utan kostnad) skjutsade till tågstationen efter vår vistelse.

Not so much a hotel as a modern appartment with breakfast and the freedom to come and go as we pleased. Whilst we had to ring to arrange to be met to be taken to the accommodation, when we got there the facilities were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with quiet and efficient airconditioning and free wifi. We had the use of the small kitchenette, where a good breakfast was provided at a modest extra cost. We would fully recommend this lodging and would certainly consider using it again, but it would be preferable if the need to deal in cash could be avoided.

Netter Hotelbesitzer, der uns mit seinem Privatfahrzeug von seiner Filiale an der Universität ins Zentrum der Altstadt nach Verona gebracht hat. Dort hat das Hotel noch einige Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsküche (Gratis Tee, Café, Gebäck, etc...). Unweit der Uni ist ein eingezäunter Parkplatz - 5€ / 24h - super-preiswert. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Ausstattung für ein B6B ausreichend, aber nicht weltbewegend. Dafür ist man in mitten der Altstadt und kann alles zu Fuß erledigen. Genau so soll es sein. Der Prei für DZ mit 80€ ist dennoch etwas hoch gegriffen... Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

This is the 3rd time we are in Verona and we have advanced tickets this time for the opera Aida. This hotel is a very short walk from the arena and that worked out perfectly. Fabio is very friendly and helpful. He is also very accessable by phone. He came to pick us up as well as dropped us off the train station which is only 5 minutes by car from the hotel. He owns 3 locations and this one is the closest to the arena. It is an office building. He took part of the 3rd floor and renovated it into 6 units with a kitchen for breakfast. The design by his architect friend was very nice. Just the kitchen was a little cramped and only have room for 3 couples at a time. This place has no reception. So it was nice that Fabio picked us up so we don't have to go to the main location to check in. Breakfast was average. We got the unit 5M equipped for handicaps. The shower has no curtains. So it was hard to not get the floor all wet. Air conditioner was decent and kept the room cool despite the 99F temperature outside. It also dried our handwashed items overnight. There is a grocery store close by. He does not have a power plug adapter that I need to borrow, but we were able to find one at the electronica store in old town for 2.50€. We had to ask for the hair dryer. The safe in the room is key operated and was too small to fit my iPad mini. Overall we enjoyed staying here.

Fabio was a wonderful host; he picked us up at the train station and took us back the next day. We were in town to attend a concert at the Arena, and the location was superb. Very comfortable room and reasonable price.

Right in the center of Verona, brand new, very contemporary apartment. Absolutely perfect stay. You can use kitchen or pay for continental breakfast. When arrive you need to call first because the owner has 3 locations. We did not know that and were trying to find B&B by address on website. When finally we called they picked us up by car and did not charge for service.

Very friendly service. Same owner has two B&B´s, both on very good locations. We stayed at the one just 50 meters from Arena di Verona. Everything we needed for the vacation. Rooms were very cleen, breakfast was great. Nothing bad to say. More than we expected for a B&B.
