We had a fantastic stay at Aetos! The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and cared for. Our room was clean and well looked after throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the morning staff were great as well. The shuttle service to and from the slopes was smooth and very convenient, and the spa was perfect. We absolutely loved our stay!

Très bien, un service impeccable et des massages à la perfection. Le petit dejeuner est délicieux. Le village de Champoluc est charmant également. Seul bémol: des travaux de construction juste en face des chambres, pour creuser une piscine extérieure qui sera appatemment prête pour l'hiver 2025.

Just a great location, facility and even better service. Friendly and patient during very difficult COVID operating guidelines. Highly recommend camp zero to families (with doggies) who want to base themselves in an idyllic Italian alpine valley, forget the car and just soak up the hiking.

Spitzen Hotel an schöner Lage! Das CampZero ist ein einzigartiges modernes Hotel an guter Lage, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit! Für sportliche Aktivitäten hervorragend geeignet, die Küche im Summit Restaurant war genial! Preis Leistung ist o.k. Das Frühstück lässt kaum Wünsche offen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Hotel esteticamente splendido, con architettura moderna e ambienti molto curati nei dettagli. Le camere sono eleganti, pulite e ben accessoriate, con un vanity set tra i più completi mai trovati. Il personale è estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale, offrendo un’accoglienza degna di una struttura di alto livello. Molto buoni anche i piatti preparati al momento per la colazione, mentre il buffet risulta meno convincente sia per varietà sia per quantità. Purtroppo, i servizi non sono all’altezza della categoria dichiarata. L’area wellness rappresenta il principale punto debole: la SPA interna è molto piccola (solo 8 lettini) e accessibile su prenotazione per un’ora al giorno, con controlli sui turni che, pur educati, risultano un po’ invadenti. Le docce mostrano segni di ruggine e necessitano manutenzione. La piscina interna è ampia ma leggermente fredda e priva di adeguate aree relax (solo tre panchine in legno). Quella esterna è troppo fredda per essere utilizzata. La SPA esterna si limita a una sauna e due idromassaggi spesso affollati. Anche la palestra è ben attrezzata ma molto piccola. Disorganizzazione sulla parete di arrampicata, con indicazioni contrastanti sull’uso. Ristorazione buona ma con prezzi eccessivi rispetto alla qualità. Nota negativa finale: per la restituzione di una sciarpa lasciata in camera dal personale dell’hotel che ci avrebbe dovuto caricare la macchina, abbiamo dovuto pagare personalmente la spedizione.

Sono spiacente di dover lasciare questa recensione, ma purtroppo è necessario farlo poiché abbiamo lasciato la struttura con un umore davvero rovinato. Questo non dovrebbe accadere quando si sceglie un hotel a 5 stelle. Il problema non riguarda il fatto che quest'anno ci siano stati problemi strutturali, ma soprattutto il comportamento del personale che sembra non cercare in alcun modo di accontentare il cliente ed è incredibilmente ostinato a non riconoscere errori e a difendere il proprio punto di vista fino alla fine. Penso che il manager di questa struttura sia assolutamente incapace di svolgere il proprio lavoro al livello richiesto per un hotel a 5 stelle. Avevamo prenotato il centro benessere con un giorno di anticipo e quando siamo entrati abbiamo trovato tutte le saune spente e fredde. Abbiamo chiamato il personale, hanno acceso le saune, ma purtroppo, quando si sono riscaldate, ce n’eravamo andati (entro un'ora) perché erano arrivate altre persone con una prenotazione (entro un'ora). La colazione è notevolmente peggiorata rispetto agli anni precedenti (abbiamo visitato la struttura per 5 anni consecutivi). I prodotti erano pochi e non freschi. Alla mattina del primo giorno ci hanno servito un'omelette con dei peli di animale, il secondo giorno con della buccia d'uovo, e ce n'era tanta. Non abbiamo mangiato e siamo usciti a stomaco vuoto. Quando abbiamo fatto notare queste cose alla direzione, si sono limitati a scusarsi con una lettera, offrendoci di visitare il
