Once you listen to the instructions it’s quite easy to enter and access. Great bathroom, big room, and quiet. I only contacted the number and didn’t have any interaction with any staff. Very clean.. would recommend especially if you r travelling by car. Wi fi is a dog. The aircon is a challenge, possibly some instruction on how to use it. A few fixed hangers in the bathroom would be good. The worst was the bed which groaned and moaned with every move, ( it wasn’t the occupants) Secure parking is a great bonus. otherwise great place to stay.

We enjoyed our nights stay here. It was nice to have the bakery downstairs to grab a snack if needed. It is only a couple blocks away from Gallarate's cute little downtown...which we were pleasantly surprised with. My only gripe would be with the beds and pillows. Beds are too stiff and pillows are too flat, but that seems to be the case around all of Europe.

We are Americans visiting in July. We wanted a spot close to Malpensa airport and it did great with that! It is right above the bakery which had great stuff. It is advised to check-in when the bakery is open. We arrived in the morning to be safe. Not sure when the exact closing hour is. The room we had did have a wheelchair accessible shower which was flat with no retainment. So, water did go everywhere unless you lower the water pressure. There is air conditioning which helps a lot on a hot day (we had low 90s), but it would not get under 70F for us. The parking is a gravel area in the courtyard which was gated. You use your room key for everything including the lights. Overall great stay and value.

It a nice property and rooms are lovely. The bakery is not open at the weekend past 12 on saturday (despite saying its open till 3 online it was closed when we got there at 1), so don't book over the weekend if you are going for the bakery. This also meant no one was there to check us in even though we had told them when we would get there the day before, in fact we couldn't even get inside as the whole place was locked up. We had to call them and it took a while for someone to come which was a little annoying as we were stood on the street with all our bags. Probably a great stay if you are there during the week when the bakery opens.

2泊させていただきありがとうございました。チェックインが遅く23:00頃だったのですがスタッフと電話のやりとりでドアを開けていただき何とかチェックインできました。お部屋は広く清潔でよかったです。大変でした。💦。駅から20分ぐらい歩きます。朝は8：00から一階のパン屋さんで美味しいカプチーノとクロワッサンをいただきました。ロケーションは少し悪いですがまた利用したいです。

Horrible check in experience. Have to call for help for check in, NO staff on site. Also NO hot water for shower. Cannot believe Expedia is allowing this vendor to reseller on their platform. Not worth the money, please avoid!

Don't stay here unless you absolutely have to. The hosts are unresponsive. I'm still waiting for a reply to a WhatsApp message and I left the property this morning! It is totally self check in so good luck if you're there at night, you'll be stranded. But it's also self check in to get back into the gate everyday (during the day!). I couldn't get in and had to resort to ringing around all the neighbours flat doorbells until someone else buzzed me in (which ended up being a 15 minute wait after a long day in Milan). Again, I was checked in by this point! I'm shocked they're still in business operating in this fashion.
