The family and staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The location was a 15' walk from the town center but there was a shuttle that would transport you to the lifts or town. Rooms were nice, breakfast was fine, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and perfect after a day's skiing.

My boyfriend and I spent the final month of January at the Cervinia Hotel and Hotel Lac Bleu, and honestly, it's one of the finest hotels I've stayed at on my trips to the Alpine mountains! Clean, cozy accommodations, a comfortable little apartment with a jacuzzi and sauna where you could unwind after a day of skiing, and each night we had a delicious three-course supper four if we included hors d'oeuvres. The food was delicious, and the passion for the used local products was apparent. The hotel's service was excellent as well, with the shuttle bus running to the slopes in perfect order. They even fixed everything so we could go to Valtournenche by helicopter so we could explore the slopes there All slopes and lifts in Cervinia were closed due to a serious avalanche risk, even the road between Cervinia and Valtournenche was closed, and they picked us up when we wanted to go home. The staff had no issues! Thank you, Mara, Jeanclaude, and Thor for a wonderful week. If we ever return to Cervinia, we would love to stay at your hotel once more.

This is my second visit. There are a lot of folks who visit this place and were almost all repeat customers there. The place is fantastic. Besides that, it has a bar area close to reception, a pool area that the kids enjoy, and a dining area. This place has an excellent atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I stayed there twice and stayed four nights. The personnel here were really helpful, especially with the breakfast that served as usual alpine food, plus amazing house made cakes. The location is great. I will make sure I will visit you again shortly. We got there in time for skiing. The slopes are full, there are no queues for chairs or lifts, and taking a minibus from the hotel to town takes about 23 minutes in the morning. You can ski back to the hotel via a small forest trail and down an old bobsleigh trail, fine for intermediate skiers, and Jean claude will first guide you if need be. If you arrive in town, you simply call the hotel and they will come and pick you up.

The staff was so accommodating, especially the personal touch and the quality of service. Although the hotel is not close to the elevators, they always arrived right away and there was a shuttle bus from whatever lift you arrived on. The food was decent but not great. We had half board but had the option of eating there and gaining a reduction, which we did a few times. It is simple but adequate and lovely.

I got a very kind and helpful hotel with a family atmosphere, it is not just about luxury, rather a true Italian style of service, with a nice service to the ski boat and shuttle to the airport, also it offers a lovely dinner and spa and beautiful views all around.
