After reading the opinions and seeing the photos, we made a reservation. The accommodation we were in was a grand bedroom a very old fashioned room with a bathroom outside the bedroom. Make sure you have the room in the picture if you make a reservation here.

We highly recommend staying here. The location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from the bus station. Everything was fine, even the wifi network was not accessible by our phone, tablet, or computer, making it difficult to connect. Julie, the owner, was really helpful to us. Because there isn't a bus there until Summer, she took us around the old town in her car and drove us to Villa Romano del Castle.

I am a senior adult experienced international traveler, picky but not overly picky, who does a lot of research before choosing a lodging and is rarely disappointed. The location is near the bus stop which is very convenient, not in a historic town, but the local bus is right there to and from the old town or, not a distant walk building modern house complex type rooms facing the courtyard with a gate to the street cleanliness spotless personnelhost intelligent, friendly hostess will drive you to and from the Roman villa castle, which is the only compelling reason for visiting Piazza America but one of Europe's great sites! That says it all! She or her mother are usually there all day. English spoken yes, well room very modern simple bath decent size, not a eurotiny view no breakfast in the room. The house and the street are extremely quiet. No barking dogs. Comfortable public computerwifi wifi sunup This is a no-nonsense place, not ole world charm, comfortablecozy, but completely acceptable, and the lady who runs it speaks perfect English and is extremely helpful when visiting the town and provides you a ride to and from the villa.
