Kami selalu mengunjungi hotel ini selama perjalanan keluarga kami, staf selalu sangat ramah, membantu, dan mudah diakses setiap saat. Tempat tidur sangat bagus, kamar besar yang bagus dan lokasi yang bagus. Lingkungan sulit, agak di hotspot, tapi jalan cepat ke pusat kota. Tempat parkir aman yang sangat bagus.

The hotel is in a great location, its close enough to walk to the city center but far enough away to avoid the crowds of people passing by late at night. The entrance is lovely, and the rooms and beds are fine, although they are very warm and difficult to adjust. Breakfast is included and has a great selection, all freshly prepared.

Excellent location in the heart of zagrebs historic city. The personnel were courteous and competent. Although the room had a slightly outdated vibe, it was equipped with everything i required. Breakfast was of high quality and plentiful.

I spent three nights at the best western premier hotel astoria and had a wonderful time. Its location is convenient, as many of Zagrebs top sights and restaurants are within walking distance. When i arrived, i was upgraded from a standard room to an executive superior room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior design may appear a little outdated. But that is a personal preference. Everything was in good condition. My room was very spacious and had everything i needed. Cleanliness was not 100%, but it was still completely acceptable. Breakfast is quite good. One night i also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Although a little expensive, the food was really delicious. When i return to Zagreb again, i would choose this hotel.

Although i only stayed for one night, i must say that this place offers excellent value for the money. The rooms are clean and spacious, although a touch vintage for my tastes. The breakfast is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

Meskipun saya datang terlambat, saya disambut hangat oleh Pak Mladen di resepsi dan semua pertanyaan saya dijawab dengan sabar. Kamarnya tenang dan menyenangkan. Sangat menyenangkan bahwa tidak hanya ada tirai anti-taburan tetapi juga penutup jendela listrik. Saya sangat terkejut dengan sarapan yang berlimpah. Tidak ada pilihan seperti itu di hotel yang sangat besar. Semuanya ada! Pastikan untuk menyisakan waktu untuk sarapan. Saran sangat akomodatif bagi traveller yang harus berangkat lebih awal dan cepat dan tidak terlalu punya waktu untuk sarapan, sebaiknya membawa sesuatu. Semuanya bagus! Saya ingin kembali!

This is the classy type of european hotel you want to stay in. The staff and service are excellent. Breakfast and dinner buffets are great. Wide selection and champagne for breakfast! Only a few blocks from the historic area of the city. The rooms are quiet, the beds are comfortable. The best hotel on our tour.

Very close to the city center. Decent rooms and a large breakfast. I personally like the style of this hotel, it gives a quite historical feel. If you book this in advance, you can park behind the hotel in a private parking lot.
