This hotel was perfect for our group of 2 couples. Ahmed and his staff were extremely helpful with ordering taxis and giving us recommendations for great restaurants nearby. The rooms were immaculately clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We especially liked the room decor with old brick, wood accents, and mood lighting! The location was central to everything. We would highly recommend this place!

We loved our cosy room with high ceilings for our recent stay in Florence. It felt very private and secure. The location was great - close to everything. We stayed for one night and were able to drop off our luggage early so we could explore Florence before check-in. The front desk staff also helped us with a taxi to the airport, which was great. We would stay here again.

There was a bit of a delay once we arrived as this hotel operates more like on limited staffing. Our host contacted us prior to us arriving but didn’t reply to us for about 15 min. The hotel is locked and your host will give you the code or be present to take care of you. Other than that, the rooms are smaller in Italy but this one was completely remolded. No breakfast is available as there’s no one present most of the time. Regardless of this our stay was pleasant and we loved the location as you’re walking distance to most of the attractions the city has to offer. Great dining locations around you too. Out of all the hotel we stayed in Italy this was one of my favorites.

This is a fabulous property in the heart of Florence and yet very quiet for sleeping….no traffic and no people noise. Food choices abound and the Ufizzi and Signoria are only steps away. There is a lift for those who cannot navigate stairs and walk in showers. Arno is only a stone throw away. Hello to Ed…..terrific!

Perfect stay in an unbeatable location! The hotel is right at Piazza di Spagna, in the heart of a fantastic shopping area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated. Our rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. I booked two rooms for our group, and everyone absolutely loved their stay. Highly recommend!

Clean room, effective air conditioning, easy communication through Whatsapp, and fantastically convenient to a lot of the "must-see" spots in Florence. Would definitely book here again and will recommend. For those looking to visit people at the FSU study center, this is a 2-minute walk.
