Good central location, close to metro, shopping, and restaurants, a short walk from Montana Di Treat, etc. There are several rooms in a divided apartment and a floor with an elevator I believe that Gardenia, the hostess, is effective, very kind and makes a difference. She can be always addressed by WhatsApp and knows how to guide and fix things, even outside the working hours, if in need! We used her assistance to book a private shuttle from the airport for only 50 euros, nice quick Mercedes cars and drivers, while a taxi costs about 48 euros. She also took us to a nice pizzeria near Monte Ana's, but it will come up in another review.

We booked this apartment in March 2020 but the world was locked down and giacomo the host was very accommodating and said we could rebook and gave us a voucher. We rebooted for September 2021, but a week before our travel due, giacomo told us that the apartment had been double booked and that he would refund us. As such late notice made it difficult for us to change flights, we had to rebook other accommodation at an additional charge. Six weeks ago, we still didn't receive our money back. Maybe he's busy but this is a complete theft.

I had a wonderful time staying in a cute room that looked exactly as in the photos. The host, Gardenia, is kind and helpful. The room is basic but clean and has a very comfortable bed, good heating, a modern bathroom and daily fresh towels. The location is great and is the ideal starting point for a couple visiting Rome's attractions.
