Very convenient location in adorable Lake Como. 8 minute drive to the city center. Very easy to get to where we needed from here. They were very kind and held our bags in storage the day of our check out. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. Clean and spacious room.

Unfortunately the lift was not working during our visit. The breakfast whilst good it seemed a bit pricy. Reception staff were excellent and were very helpful with any questions we had.

Siamo venuti in questo albergo per la seconda volta e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I padroni dell’albergo sono fantastici, gentili e premurosi. Struttura molto pulita e il buffet colazione stupendo. Non manca niente. Tutta roba fresca, torte buonissime. Sembra di essere a casa. Grazie allo staff del Hotel. Torneremo presto.

Location close to train station. Clean & very comfortable. It’s about an hour walk to the lake each way. There is a delicious pizzeria restaurant very close to eat at for lunch or dinner. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! So good and with eggs. There were 3 of us total & plenty of room in the triple room. Would recommend!

Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well

Als gebruikelijk een goed verblijf gehad. Enige relatieve minpunt was de telefonische bereikbaarheid van de receptie op de dag van de aankomst. Na diverse pogingen en lang wachten werd eindelijk de telefoon opgenomen. Achteraf gezien, bleek de receptioniste het wel erg druk in haar eentje te hebben gehad waarschijnlijk. Waarschijnlijk enige personeelsonderbezetting.
