Personale molto gentile e cordiale. Molto pulito e silenzioso. Parcheggio interno utilissimo e con accesso diretto alla struttura. Le camere rifatte in tempi rapidi anche con attenzione ai particolari. Non ho usufruito della colazione. A dieci minuti dal centro con una piacevole passeggiata.

Es waren tolle Tage in Piacenza. Das Hotel ist ganz neu. Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Ein tolles Hotel im für ein Paar Tage Piacenza zu erkunden.

Das Hotel war super, sichere Parkplätze kostenlos draußen. Mein Hund hat nur 5€ gekostet für eine Nacht und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Kühlschrank war vorhanden im Einzelbettzimmer. Der Wasserstrahl war super und das Badezimmer gepflegt mit Fenster (Zimmernummer 131). Allerdings ist das Umfeld, wo das Hotel sich befindet, etwas gruselig. Komische Gestalten und komische Gegend. Für eine Nacht passt es, aber alleine als Frau war die Gegend etwas unangenehm.

This hotel is brand new, in a very lovely and full of character old building, fully renovated. Front desk staff was superb. Friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds were super comfy. Located just a short walk from Piacenza Station, and perhaps a 15 minute walk to the city center. The Sushi restaurant right next door is delicious. Highly recommend.

New hotel in Piacenza has excellent staff and clean/well appointed rooms. I few things that I noticed that have room for improvement. To enter the hotel requires a flight of stairs - which is cumbersome with luggage. I'm certain that a smoother entry could have been included in the major renovation that they completed to turn a civil building into a hotel. Also, the breakfast while welcome is poorly staffed. One person to check people in, clean up, stock food, and generally keep things in order. When I arrived multiple items were absent from the buffet and the poor girl running it seemed as if she was on the verge of tears. There needs to be another person to clear tables and deliver food. Lastly, and I guess I am an outlier here - but I find it dangerous to have the name of the hotel, the room number, and the code on a slip of paper. If the paper is misplace, or even just viewed by another person, they have full access to your room. I took a photo and destroyed the paper but it feels like a very peculiar way to keep guests safe. I would still recommend the property. It's easy to find, has free parking and the staff was lovely.

This hotel is basically brand new as of April 2026. The room was clean and fresh with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Less than 10 minutes' walk from Piacenza Station, and 10-15 minutes walk to the historic centre. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice hotel. Very professional staff and very clean room with great amenities. My only issue was the flashing red light on the smoke detector that flashes all the time, and makes it difficult to sleep. I spoke the the manager and he let me know this was a regulation and they had no option. I just work a night mask so I could sleep. The only other thing I would add that if you walk to the main part of the city, I was much more comfortable in the daytime. After dark it doesn't feel as safe. I'm sure an Uber would prevent this but when walking, it makes you more aware. I would definitely stay here again.

Recently refurbished with very clean rooms, great mattress and new pillows. Fridge in room but no tea/coffee making facilities. Only 2 pillows for a king-size bed. WiFi not working 4 days out of 5... hotel had to keep resetting it which they did, when asked, but didn't monitor it so had to keep requesting a reset.
