Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la chambre d hote. Sergio est très sympathique et accueillant. Vue sur les montagnes magnifiques . Très calme, idéal pour se ressourcer. Petit déjeuner sympathique au village

Siamo stati ospiti al B& B dal 10 settembre al 13 settembre, in occasione dei campionati italiani di Atletica Leggera che si tenevano a Rieti. Ci siamo sentiti subito accolti e come se fossimo a casa nostra, una piacevolissima scoperta sia la camera nella quale abbiamo soggiornato, sia il gestore Sergio persona di grandissima disponibilità e cordialità. Consiglio sicuramente sia il soggiorno al B&B che la visita del territorio circostante, ricco di storia, natura e per gli amanti del trekking ideale. La cucina rietina merita di sicuro un bel 10! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

The service and support in this hotel are very positive and friendly. The place is unique and genuinely appealing. In the old center, there was enough room when breakfast was served on the main square. Its old, dusty, and evocative.

Small but runs with great heart! Comfortable bedrooms, large bathrooms, well equipped, and very clean. It also has a great view over beautiful rolling countryside. The host was there whenever we needed and very supportive of our every need. Breakfast much better than most in Italy.

Our Italian stinks. Grazie mille.. But, Grazie mille.. It's a good place to stay if you ever need the greatest support. You will never find someone as helpful as sergio if you ever need the finest service! We were ready to buckle up in the brutal Italian heat when we first met him. When he served us frozen fruit treats, ice cold juices, and the most sincere ever-uttered hugs, saying bravossima when we felt like we had lost it! He teamed up with laura, who made the most amazing meals we have ever had, accompanied by the appropriate champagnewineliqueur for each dish! For a fair price! On a remarkably quiet and lovely country estate with a pool amidst the city. We were chauffeured in and out! What a memorable experience for three stunned pilgrims traveling the italian francis way from Florentine to Rome! Sergio even went above and beyond his duty. By 1 transporting my backpack for nothing. 2. He took us to Ponticelli, a mountain town that couldn't provide our beds, by organizing with Marko's Torre di Pizzeria. Sergio. You are a treasure! And we only wish you and those you have called to assist us the best possible.

In foto ho visto una stanza, al mio arrivo me ne è stata data un'altra. Lenzuola colorate, trovata una macchietta sopra, materasso con un lato sfondato. Stanza grande, ad uso ripostiglio piena di impicci, macchina per il pane, caffettiera, due caffettiere elettriche affila coltelli, souvenir di vacanze, catene penzolanti dal soffitto, il tutto con sopra un dito di polvere. Il pezzo forte il bagno, senza bidet, doccia senza box né tenda. Senza piatto doccia. Quindi fatta la doccia, bagno allagato, con impossibilità di attaccare il fono per rischio fulminazione, forte odore di fogna, tentato di coprire con deodoranti, ormai esausti. Colazione a turni, perché non ci sono sedie e tavoli per tutti in cucina (anche a questa servirebbe una bella spolverata). Latte sfuso, caffè sfuso, zucchero sfuso e aperto. Unica cosa confezionata fette biscottate e cornetti. Mi ero fidata delle recensioni, ora, o gli altri non so a cosa siano abituati, o a noi è stata rifilata una stanza improvvisata per capodanno (senza infatti numero sulla porta). Menomale che si è poi scoperto essere l'amico di un amico, pensa se eravamo estranei.
