Charming and memorable stay with Dr Daniele and Casa Nini. Dr Daniele was utterly charming and helpful, from directing us into the car park to making dinner reservations (trust him! The food and views at Sottovento are amazing!). The morning of our departure he served a hearty continental breakfast and directed us to a local hike. He was a large part of our remarkable experience and I plan to return!

B&B Casa Nini was the best stay in our Italy trip this time. It was located in the a small, beautiful, peaceful little town and right next the train station, which was so convenient. Our room had a lake/mountain view. Love it! Most importantly, Mr. Daniel, the owner, was amazing person. He made us felt like home. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

The place was amazing, very friendly and helpful staff, super centrally located, with a mini mart around the corner and two excellent restaurants within a minute walk (Toto and Amblé). Nice strong hot shower, the breakfast hall makes you feel like a Medici, and the view from the roof top terrace was breathtaking.

B&B Casa Nini was cozy, Daniel was am excellent host who took excellent care of us. He went above and beyond to help us with information with the trains, ferry to Varenna & Bellagio. He even had some ready to go breakfast because the following morning we left early. The room & bathroom were super clean and his house adorable. We also love the location just across the train station but it was not noisy at all. Easy to go to other towns by the lake. We highly recommend B&B Casa Nina

Wonderful place with an amazing host. Lovely atmosphere and charming area. The only draw back is the car access. Larger cars can’t past through an old town stone wall entrance. If we had a smaller car it would be 5 stars rating all the way.

Daniele, the owner, is a perfect Italian gentleman. He was very helpful and informative during our short stay at his beautiful villa. He reserved us a great spot at Sottovento restaurant in Lierna for dinner. It was a few minutes walk away. The common sitting areas are very comfortable and spacious. And breakfast was perfect with fresh fruit, croissant and fresh jams. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Great experience. One caution - if you drive only small to medium sized cars can get up the small driveway to the property. However, it’s only 50m from the main road so not a problem if you need to park and walk in to property.

Wonderful gem walking distance to the lake. Host was incredibly gracious and kind. Made reservations at local restaurant for us with fabulous food. The room was very spacious with a wonderful balcony and large bathroom. The local beach was an 8 minute walk with a roped off swim area.
