For over a half hour trying to locate the complex spaghetti roads, roundabouts, and construction, we spent half an hour wandering around in circles. We did find the holiday inn first, and they gave us directions that seemed to work. Let's begin with the fine print. The hotel isn't in Mona, but it is in the dreary town next to it. Much of it seems industrial, warehouses, and potentially polluting firms you would not want to live next to. The hotel is next to a heavily traveled roadway, and there is lots of truck traffic going somewhere else. It isn't much more appealing than much of the Bronx. The hotel appears dreadful outside. It isn't particularly ugly, with a vague atrium feel, with plenty of glass and stone. There is a large parking area behind the front, which is welcome but usually full of seminarconvention traffic. Best Westerns are independently owned, not cookie cutter. I am depressed at how many legitimately four-star hotels use industrial grade orange juice, mediocre brand yogurts and pastries, and especially weak and second-rate coffee. I'm depressed how many typical 4 star hotels utilize industrial grade orange juice, mediocre brand yogurts and pastries, and they were really depressing. If you wake up, you'll probably get taken advantage of.

The hotel was well connected, but the location was far from the city. The bus stop that leads to the first metro station is directly across the street. The hotel is excellent with a good breakfast, and clean, spacious rooms. The little spa with the gym is also available for 5 euros. We were greeted by a request for a later exit from the rooms by the reception staff.

What do I want in a hotel? Friendly staff, excellent service, big comfy room with guarantee, comfortable bed, and clean. Breakfast is good too. Parking is off street secure too. This hotel receives the highest points all the time. We only stayed 2 nights, but we'll stay there again. All the staff, from the receptionist to the breakfast server, to the cleaning. Excellent. The largest commie bed we've ever experienced in the room. Thank you.

The hotel is really nice. The breakfast is great, the staff is helpful and speaks English well. The only drawback was that on January 1, there is only one bus that can take you to the metro station, and that bus is only a short walk from the hotel when it's cold outside. Every other day, there is a bus across the highway, making it easy to get to the centre of Milan.

All nice, great breakfast, clean hotel room, helpful staff, fast internet connection. The only disadvantage is the location, in the middle of nowhere, but close to him. I recommend this hotel to all travelers.
