We always come back here! It was a pleasant, rustic, family-friendly environment with sport facilities and stunning scenery! Delicious Tuscan cuisine with great hospitality! This is a family-run facility and the beach is a short drive or bike ride away.

The service here was wonderful! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The grounds were lovely, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was large and the grass was unporrelled. It's simple to bike to all the major cities and attractions in Tuscany from here.

We are two couples and stayed in one of the apartments. The lack of English speaking staff caused us some problems but that is common in Italy. They have a great little outdoor café under a roof. It is also the only place where internet can be used. A great place for families due to many sporting activities available. However it is out of town, too far to walk into town for shopping or for coffee. A car is required as it is approved from town.

A fantastic location! We stayed here for the weekend of 10/12 July 2015, hoping for a soothing location to stay and fresh nights. No noise, great rooms, excellent kitchen with homemade wine, oil, cakes, and jam. Ideal location even for children and dogs. Lots of sports facilities including a gym, swimming pool, football, tennis, and basket fields. You can also go jogging along the hotel's pathways. The staff was friendly and warm. Tirrenic view is close by. We'll stay there again!.

This property was recommended to us when we visited some wineries in the alta mamma last week. It is peaceful, rural, and near the tuscan coast. The outdoor seating areas have an amazing lodge-like atmosphere, and the rooms are incredibly charming. For EUR105 per night, it was more than I had anticipated. I wished we could have remained longer to sit outside at night and drink wine from Bolgheri in the twilight. Being able to carry your luggage down the gravel path to the reception is a little challenging, but being away from the road has its benefits.
