Daily hotel or concierge services are not provided.Any emergency on-site intervention required outside the standard scope of the rental, resulting from guest negligence, misuse of equipment, or fault (e.g., lost keys, locked doors, triggered alarms, self-inflicted malfunctions) will incur a mandatory emergency call-out fee of €50.00 per intervention, in addition to the full reimbursement of actual repair costs billed by third-party professionals (locksmith, electrician, technician).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
