A typical Italian breakfast is served by a great and really nice couple. They make you feel at home in this beautiful area where you can visit San Marco, Santa Maria, and even the national client. The bed is very clean, the rooms, the garden, the swimming pool and breakfast are beautifully organized. The owners recommend Le Cantuccio in San Marco at night for their delicious food. Ask the owner if you have any questions about the area.

I strongly suggested. We had a fantastic stay at Casa vacant il cents! Sorry, this review is a little late, but I just wanted to write something. We stayed with my husband for five nights and had a car, so we would just drive the nearby villages for dinner. But it was very relaxing to be at Casa vacant and Catering and Emilio are fantastic people and hosts. They take great care to make you feel at home and relaxed. They were also quite helpful to upgrade us to a larger room with a private patio for no extra fee because it was free! They gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. For lunch and dinner, go to Tartaruga! It's the best. With il cents, you are in good hands, and you will have a lovely stay.

As a family with 2 small kids, we reserved the self-contained outbuilding as suggested by catering for 2 nights. We were greeted warmly on arrival and Catering guided us into our lodgings, ensuring that everything was in order and that we had everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable. Catering also recommended a good nearby restaurant and made all reservations for us because we came late in the afternoon. Breakfast the next morning was great, and Antonia looked after us very well, and we were treated to freshly baked cakes that were delicious. Both catering and Emilio gave us valuable advice on where to go to make our day trips memorable and made us feel very welcome and at home when we returned. The gardens provided a secure place for our kids to play, and we were so happy to extend our stay by another night! Highly recommended and we will definitely go back.

Everything was very clean rooms, garden, swimming pool. The owners run the be with passion and are very friendly and helpful. Perfectly located to explore clientele in a wonderful location. We would like to thank the catering staff and the family for their service and appreciation of us. You have a place in our heart and we will be back. Marinate wine.
