Il residence è' bellissimo e personale molto disponibile però secondo me non offre tanti servizi per quanto ho pagato per una settimana di soggiorno . In oltre secondo me oltre alla piantina del residence dovrebbero dare tutti i servizi che offre e cosa viene organizzato dai ragazzi del animazione ,perché io a fine soggiorno ho saputo che organizzavano serate accompagnando con i pulmini e non so se organizzavano anche escursioni ...

Bel posto per vacanza, vicino a tutti le spiagge più belle di Sardegna. Però abbiamo riscontrato tre problemini : 1- tv non funziona 2-lavatrice appena accesa staccava il corrente 3- per il costo che c'era scritto sul app Trivago abbiamo aggiunto circa 300 euro! Perché c'erano scritte da pagare in piccolino! Potevano fare tutto chiaro dal inizio. Per il resto tutto ok. Animazione ottima, posto molto carino, il mare stupendo...

Cet hôtel est tout simplement une plaisanterie,je n’y reviendrai jamais ! Accueil du restaurant déplorable, on a l’impression de déranger, ils mettent 30min pour remarquer que vous êtes arrivé, 30min pour avoir une carte, 30min pour commander et 45min pour être servi…. La chambre est vétuste et remplie d’insectes. Si vous ne voulez pas louer de voiture vous êtes complètement condamné à rester dans cet hôtel, aucune excursion ne vous est proposée pour aller visiter les alentours sauf une en bateau mais si vous n’avez pas de voiture vous ne pouvez pas y aller…si vous avez le malheur de demander où se trouve le supermarché le plus proche de l’hôtel on vous réponds sèchement qu’il y en a un dans l’hôtel…C’est juste une supérette hors de prix où il n’y a pas tout pour pouvoir manger convenablement en famille. Ne demander jamais le service de navette pour aller a l’aéroport, c’est tout simplement une femme de l’hôtel qui vous dépose avec son véhicule perso et qui vous demande 55€ en espèces a la fin de la course (surtout pas de carte bleue) je trouve ça honteux de se faire de l’argent comme ça sur le dos des clients, j’appelle ça du vol. Sans compter qu’en arrivant à l’hôtel vous êtes facturé 40€ de draps par personne et par semaine donc si vous venez à plusieurs sortez les billets! si vous ne parlez pas italien, sortez les traducteurs car ils ne se donnent pas la peine de vous comprendre ou de se faire comprendre. Seul point positif, la piscine et les animateurs

Cleaning service paid 55 euros : dirty and old blankets and dirty bed sheets. No one cleaned the room during our holiday and we have also to leave the room in the best condition possible. Very uncomfortable beds, cooking corner is little and not that good. The furnitures are old, maybe from the '80, low light, no air conditioned but a big fun over your head while you're sleeping, so you can wake up full of pain all over your body. there is a TV but no DTT so there are 4 channels available. NO WIFI, you want it, you have to pay another extra for all the week.

Abbiamo avuto una bella sorpresa appena arrivate, appartamento minuscolo, nulla a che vedere con quello che io e le mie amiche avevamo prenotato dal sito online, piscina CHiUSA di agosto quando sul sito c'era scritto tutto il contrario, ci hanno aggiunto 40 euro a testa di pulizia e consumi elettrici, stanza stra piccola per 4 persone, senza aria condizionata ma con un solo ventilatore. Con gli stessi soldi avremmo preso un appartamento a Porto Rotondo.

Nos sentimos engañados tanto por el alojamiento como por Hoteles.com ya que vuestra web anuncia este alojamiento con piscina, tanto en la información detallada como en las fotos (encima como foto principal de la piscina) y la realidad es que este alojamiento no tiene piscina disponible por motivos de construcción DESDE EL MES DE MARZO. Nos ha parecido una tomadura de pelo ya que nosotros seleccionamos este apartahotel por la ubicación pero sobre todo por su gran piscina. Queremos poner una reclamación formal y ser indemnizados, así que por favor indicadnos los pasos que debemos seguir ya que tenemos recabadas toda la información engañosa. Buona la posizione ma se siete una giovane coppia sprovvista di mezzo non ve lo consiglio per niente! È un villaggio piazzato in cima ad una montagna e la corriera regionale vi lascia solo a valle di questa. La stanza era sporca e vecchia L'acqua delle tubature puzzava E la cucina aveva delle ante vecchie e arrugginite che a momento ci cadeva l'armadio addosso.... SCONSIGLIATISSIMO e troppi soldi extra da pagare

The reception staff were very polite. The place offers good entertainment in the evening. However the room we stayed in was not fit for purpose. We had to switch off the fridge and the boiler every time we used the cooker to avoid power cut. And when it happened once because I tried to use two hobs at the same time, my husband was told where to go and fix it himself. The bathroom was dirty and the drain was overflowing when we had a shower. My husband and I slept on separate 'sofa beds'. My son fell off the top of the bunk bed as there was no protection. I had to put on the bed linens myself when we arrived. I wished I had booked a hotel. Not worth half of what I paid.

Tout d abord, aucune information concernant le service de navette de l'aéroport au centre lors de la réservation, il a fallu que l'on contacte le centre sur place et payer 40 euros pour 20minutes de trajet. À notre arrivée nous avons également payé les charges supplémentaires comprenant le ménage les draps( qui comprenait qu'un drap pas de housse)et taxe de séjour pour un montant de 150euros.Le studio quant à lui n'est équipé que d'un ventilateur qui brasse l'air chaud autant vous dire qu'il était impossible de dormir la nuit et dy rester la journée. De plus le studio ne dispose pas de micro ondes nu de four seulement deux plaques de cuisson. Quant aux animations elles sont principalement dédié au jeune public et étant donné qu'il est indispensable d'avoir un véhicule pour séjourner dans ce centre si vous n'avez pas la possibilité d'en louer les activités sont donc limités autant en journée qu'en soirée. La piscine est accessible seulement si nous portons un bonnet de bain ce qui n'était pas mentionné au moment de la réservation. Les bus qui desservent les villes voisines ne disposent pas d'arrêt de bus précis il faut attendre au bord de la route où la circulation est assez dense c'est donc très dangereux. concernant la restauration seul le love est intéressant et fourni un service de qualité avec de délicieuses pizzas. Globalement ce séjour reste assez honereux par rapport à la qualité des prestations.

Alerte arnaque !!! Payé 36€/pers. Réservé sur Hotel.com annoncé avec wifi, superbe piscine (photos à l'appui), restaurant, ping pong... Arrivée fin août 2025, NO WIFI, piscine hors service (vide), pas de restaurant (fermé), extérieurs dangereux pour les enfants (tables, chaises cassées, cadis errants, raquettes de ping pong datant d'il y a 10 ans hors service, pas de balle, demandée à l'organisateur qui s'est perdu dans la résidence pour fouiller tous les buissons sans revenir au bout de 30 minutes d'attente. Matelas du clic clac inconfortable et sale, commerces des coursives fermés, tout est à l'abandon, pour le prix, prévoyez des éponges, du lave vaisselle, des pinces à linge...

Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 giorni , esattamente la terza settimana di luglio del 2016 in un monolocale. Appena entrati ci siamo resi conto di aver preso una fregatura: l'immobile risultava arredato con mobili piuttosto datati e brutti , sia le lenzuola che gli asciugamani (obbligatori da prendere) economici e piuttosto vecchi, il bagno risultava sporco e in pessime condizioni ( rubinetteria e miscelatore doccia vecchi e laschi) . Nel residence si sentiva troppo chiasso proveniente dagli appartamenti vicini in tarda notte e in primissima mattina. É obbligatorio fare la tessera club, 30 euro a testa per i servizi che peraltro non abbiamo mai utilizzato (piscina , animazione ecc..) che secondo me é una fregatura in quanto una persona che non ne fá alcun uso è inutile che vada a pagare questo, obbligatorie 55 euro di spese di pulizia e ben 25 euro A PERSONA x le lenzuola e asciugamani obbligatori da pagare. Unica cosa positiva é la posizione strategica ( vicino a Porto Rotondo e spiagge molto belle )e la cassaforte messa a disposizione in camera. Una grossa pecca è stata la MANCANZA DEL CONDIZIONATORE che secondo me vista la cifra pagata doveva esserci perché quotando fá caldo si muore . Il personale è comunque disponibile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo a mio avviso è scarso, a mio parere si trova di meglio a quel prezzo, sicuramente non mi aspettavo il lusso ma almeno la pretesa di un monolocale un'attimo più pulito e moderno a quella cifra si. Sicuramente non ci ritornerei
