The hosts, Francesca and Victoria, are wonderful and have taken great care of us. They will be missed and their wonderful place. We spent 6 weeks in and out of Rome and ended up staying nowhere else. It stayed here every time we returned to Rome and made it feel like home. We loved it. It is centrally located but is set in a private little courtyard back from a busy street. It is quite tranquil and quiet, and it feels quite safe. The rooms themselves are very clean. Your room includes a coffee and tea maker, but there is also a shared little kitchenette with a microwave and stove so you don't have to eat out for every meal. You will find two ok-sized grocery stores, a convenience store a few doors down, reasonably priced laundromats, lots of small restaurants and cafes, and a great cobbler directly across the road. There are only three rooms at the accommodation so it is never busy and we have always found it to be extremely quiet both outside and inside. We brought our bikes and over the five weeks we stayed here, they were 100 safe in their gated courtyard. The hosts, francesca, and Victoria, are wonderful and have taken excellent care of us.

We have been in and out of Rome for 6 weeks, and after discovering Civic 7, we stayed nowhere else. We constantly felt as though it was coming home when we returned to Rome. We absolutely loved it. It is in a prime area but is hidden behind a private little courtyard in a strategic area. It is so quiet and secure, and it feels quite safe. The rooms themselves are immaculate, and you can prepare coffee and tea in your room, but there is also a shared tiny kitchenette that has a microwave and a stove, so you don't have to eat out for each meal. You can find two decently sized supermarkets, a convenience store a few doors down, reasonably priced laundromats, numerous small restaurants and cafes, and a terrific cobbler directly across the street. Because there are only three rooms available at the accommodation, it is never too busy, and we have consistently found it to be very quiet both outdoors and inside. We had our bicycles with us and they were 100 safe in their gated courtyard over the five weeks we were here. The hosts, Francesca and Victoria, are fantastic and have taken excellent care of us. We will miss them and their wonderful place terribly. Without a doubt, I cannot go into this hotel.
