Struttura decorosa e sita in zona silenziosa... completa di tutti i comfort come aria condizionata colazione e WiFi gratis. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Nelle vicinanze parcheggio gratuito. Personale cordiale ed efficiente. Se non avete pretese da Hotel a 5 stelle e vi serve solo un appoggio per dormire e sostare la struttura è conveniente e confortevole. Ci torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta che faremo vacanza a Roma

Abbiamo passato due notti al Cristina Residence. La titolare è di una professionalità,simpatia e disponidilità eccezzionale. La camera assegnataci molto grande,con servizi privati, pulita e profumata. il Residence, anche se a pochi metri da Termini si trova in una posizione tranquillissima e silenziosissima. Sembra (come dicono altri recensori) di esserre in campagna e non nel centro di Roma. Tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura e la raccomando.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Just a quick walk to the Termini station. Access to all guided tour operators. We stayed here for 4 nights and were comfortable considering we were a group of 2 adults and two children.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo in una zona comodissima che, pur essendo a due passi da Termini, risulta essere molto tranquilla. Sembra di essere in campagna avvolti dalle piante del pergolato. La colazione è costituita da succo di frutta, brioche da supermercato e caffé alla macchinetta ma a quel prezzo ci sta tutto.

One of the nicest places we've stayed in Europe for about two months!. The only issue is that there are no directions and Google gave us the wrong address. We were initially a bit apprehensive about the place, but once we did, we were very happy. It is a 10-minute walk from the train stop and has excellent food, drinks, and transportation connectivity. Each morning, croissants and juice are provided for breakfast, and the accommodations were fantastic. We sliced into five and three groups because I was with a group of eight, and each room had a mini fridge, an electric kettle, and a bathroom with enough towels for each individual.

Choose for yourself based on my assessments of the pros and disadvantages below. I pros. quite cheap 2. very close to the terming station from where you may get rain, buses, or the metro. 3. Not too near terming so you won't have the homeless on your doorstep. 4. The proprietors wife works hard to clean your room, every morning she changes the sheets, cleans the sink and toilet, and sweeps the floor. 5. The proprietors are delightful people. 6. When you contact them, they respond quickly. 7. The mattress is comfortable 8. Air Conditioning, to, and internet. 9. The lobby is clean. Cons 1. The cushions are old, very dirty, and stained. You get one towel for the entire time you stay. 3. The comforters appear to have not been washed in a while, but there is a sheet between you and the comforter. 4. The room is on the ground level, slightly below ground, and it was always very cold and damp, and the owner said he did not put the heat on. We had to sleep in our jackets despite having some light blankets with us, it was still extremely cold. 5. The wallpaper and drapes appear to be slightly stained. 6. The building has no administration employees at night and some other residents left the door unlocked, but your room has a very good lock. But the location requires a thorough cleaning, and the pillows should be replaced

The wifi connection in our room was not very strong. The shower door would frequently slide over the floor, and the shower door had to be set up properly. Also, the shower door fell off the track, so water may frequently slip on the floor. The location was fantastic, as was the couple who ran the shop. They responded quickly to all inquiries and questions.

This hotel is situated in a pretty convenient location, not many amenities close to the hotel, however, it is only a 10-minute walk to the Metrotrain station. The hotel here has a nice atmosphere, especially with the clean room, and nice atmosphere.

Overall, it was a dismal visit. If the owner wants to stay one night, the best option is to centralize the accommodation to make it more cozy for a family or group of friends. The Cristina residence is on the ground level of an apartment building with all of the rooms facing a hallway that doubles as a reception area. It's close to terming, but located at the end of a dark street. Definitely not recommended for female solo travelers. The rooms are spacious and clean by Rome standards. The decoration is very dated, and the entire rooms are dark. The largest problem with this lodging is the lack of privacy. My husband and I kept screaming all the time on the journey because the doors were so thin. It was also impossible to sleep in. At the beginning of each morning, the owner sets herself in the hallway and watches youtube videos and converses with guests.

Posizione ottima ad un buon prezzo in soli 2 minuti si arriva alla fermata del metro e in 5 si arriva la stazione termini... I gestori sono stati davvero molto disponibili Se si vuole visitare Roma e non si hanno molte pretese lo consiglio

A konnektorok nem megfelelő állapotúak, adapterrel működtek csak, nincsenek földelve. Veszélyes! Reggeli péksütemény (croaissant, üdítő). A szobába vitték a reggelit, külön helység nincs erre a célra.

Bit hard to find. Quiet. Had to walk to get to anything eg. restaurant. fridge and microwave were useful. Air conditioned. Blackout windows nice. Good value for price. Good wifi.

Fidel and Lillian were wonderful and were very helpful. The location was great, very near to the Termini Station, although hard to find initially. There was a really nice local restaurant nearby, which were visited twice. The room was ok, and I liked having a refrigerator. The wifi wasn't great, however. The air conditioning needed some directions as it seemed either very humid or very cold. The toilet seat was loose and moved quite a bit, and the shower door was often off of the its hinges, causing water to go all over the floor. The light over the sink didn't work either. Overall, I would stay there again, but with just a few adjustments, it would be a great place to stay.

Foi difícil de achar. É uma casa escondida, adaptada para hospedar, com varios quartos, o box do banheiro do quarto que eu fiquei era todo quebrado e a porta ficava caindo, o chuveiro (risos) sai jatos de água para todos os lados, se você for mulher e não quiser molhar o cabelo toda vez que for tomar banho... Desista! E também não tinha shampoo. O café da manhã é um croissant de mercado e um suco de caixinha. Ah, e a cama de casal da verdade são duas camas de solteiro juntas...

Viaggio di 3 giorni per visitare la città e la necessità di spendere poco per dormire. Abbiamo trovato questa soluzione comoda perché è vicina a Roma Termini. La zona è tranquilla, non rumorosa di notte. L'ambiente è spartano e chi si lamenta delle caratteristiche può cercare qualcosa di più costoso.
