The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are very modern, nice and clean. The food is delicious. The service is very nice. The pool and relaxation area are very well organized. A great place for a family holiday both in winter and summer.

This lovely hotel excels in many ways. The interior architecture is wood modern, exactly what you would expect in a mountain setting. The personnel were helpful and very pleasant. A benefit is also a bus service to the slope lift. The food is also excellent. It successfully combines Italian tradition with incredible sophistication. We had the pleasure of taking snowboard lessons with the friendly owner, who is a certified ski instructor. It made our stay complete!.

We had a great experience here. The rooms are new, spacious, and very comfortable. The walk-in closet is a huge plus! There is a sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, and a spectacular view. The food was delicious and with great service.

What a terrible disappointment! After careful consideration of all the reviews here, including the amenities, and based on our experience staying in similar-star hotels in this region, we made a family decision. I'm not positive where all of these positive feedback came from. The rooms are nice, big, and have great views of the mountain and town, making them the only positives and thus the one-stars. The restaurant service and shuttle bus to the ski lift were the biggest inconveniences. There is a lot to wait for both, which consumes your day! No matter which restaurant system they employs, employees go from table to table in search of whether the food is yours, they appear to be in charge every time. Simone, the only waiter, was always in charge, and I am really thankful that you are such a lovely person and excellent at your job. We can wait up to 20 minutes for fried eggs or crepes each morning, but once after 30 minutes, it never actually arrived! I would advise a simple eggcrepe station in the eatery, so guests can order them themselves and order the food themselves, as most other places weve stayed in, rather than having to make them in the kitchen. For a supposedly 4-star hotel, the buffet for breakfast and dinner is extremely subpar. Both fruit are easily sliced and can be taken in small pieces. We joked

We've had a wonderful experience in our third stay at this lovely hotel. The location is very peaceful yet in the middle of a charming little town. Everything is great including facilities such as rooms with views, pools, saunas, playrooms for kids, shuttle service to skillet, cleanliness, and service. The food is varied and delicious! We intend to return here again.
