The hotel has free parking nearby. The room is clean, there is no mini bar or fridge inside, and in the bathroom, the mini-bar has no shelves. And then, the employees are friendly and have a great coffee, as well as a good breakfast. However, I have a grapefruit that is new and in season, I may add.

They serve excellent service. They provide clean rooms and friendly staff. We already plan our next family trip to go back there. Can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel.

Staff is very friendly, rooms clean and breakfast lovely. WiFi connection very good. The hotel is located on the hill, so you must go down to Oviedo, but cycling is not a problem. Hotel also has bicycle storage.

Small hotel with very kind staff and atmosphere! The Superior room is really nice and has a garden pool aspect. The hotel is not directly near the lake, but easily accessible by car down the hill. The breakfast is very basic but well presented. Free parking nearby the hotel.

We stayed at the garda lake resort for 6 days. We had the most wonderful time staying in nagotorbole thanks to the excellent hospitality from the hotel vanilla and the lovely surroundings in this Italian village. Although it is quite old, the hotel is well maintained in terms of all services and is situated in an ancient village. The staff was really helpful and courteous, and the entire hotel was spotless. But it wasn't just the bathroom socket that was broken that caused some issues. The only question is why it is called eco. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Perfect setting for an Italian holiday.
