We heartily recommend staying at Be Fior if you enjoy being close to nature, exploring spectacular mountain landscapes, staying in lovely accommodations, and eating delicious food. Being able to put into words how be Fior is unique is difficult because there are a lot of factors that make staying there such a memorable experience. We slept in the daisy and mala bedrooms, both of which have balconies facing the mountains across the valley, and it was fantastic to open the curtains in the morning, lie in bed, and see the sun over the peaks opposite, which floods the balcony with light and warmth. You have the sounds of nature to accompany the visual pleasure when you open the balcony's glass door. The rooms exhibit an elegant, minimalist style typical of a contemporary boutique hotel, but they also embrace the architectural history of the region with warm wooden paneling and floorboards. Although it can be difficult to get yourself away from the view and the comfort of the rooms, knowing that the incredible breakfast erika has prepared for you is only a few steps away is a strong motivation. A gorgeous array of fresh fruits, cereals, bread, salami and formaggi await you along with lovely pastries, cakes, a variety of fruit juices, and wonderful coffee. Erika is the perfect host, and in addition to serving us an incredible breakfast every day, she assisted us plan our hikes in the mountains,
