There are only two positive things to say about this hotel. The beach is close by, convenient, and the rooks are clean and friendly. But the service and food are poor. The resort is extremely tiny. We visited in September and almost everything was closed, the people were not friendly, and the service was poor.

I will definitely return inshaallah. During our trip to Italy, we stayed in this hotel and had a great time there! Despite the hotel's stars, it's staff, particularly Rosa in the administration team, provides the main reason for it's comfort, making you feel like you're on a real vacation, and receiving vip treatment. She always remembers your requests, and despite the hotels' large population, she is incredibly patient, consistently smiling, and concerned about her guests, particularly giulio visitors. She keeps your requests, and despite the fact that the hotel is crowded, she is always very respectful and considerate of her guests. You could argue that since the fact that she only relies on one rosa as the hotels total facilities, atmosphere, and aura are without a doubt excellent, and the fact that the management of this hotel uses a successful recruitment technique to recruit rosa indicates a lot about the integrity of the management! Thank you rosa, giulio, for your generous hospitality!

We arrived here, and the hotel is beautiful, clean, and new. From the bar staff to the reception staff, the staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. I pointed out some issues that I had with the villa we rented, probably I would rent one of the new accommodation as the rest needed updating and restoration. To fix the problems, the staff went above and beyond. The entertainment was absolutely fantastic, some of the singers were fantastic, and the kids entertainer was excellent as well. We had dinner in the restaurant, and from the service to the meal, I would say it was of very high standards. The presentation and service was comparable to a michelin star restaurant and the service we received personally. We went at the end of the season, so everything was slowly closing for the season, aside from one of the bars closing and the children entertainer closing a few days after we arrived. I didn't mind it being very busy, it was really nice and relaxing.

This is a wonderful and elegant hotel, I highly recommend it to everyone, especially Rosa and Orson. The restaurant also is very good, particularly thanks to Gianni, Pasqualino, and especially the owner, Antonio Giulio who is always happy and helpful. Also, Jack is an excellent singer. Thank you, so much for your hospitality.

Buon albergo direttamente sul mare, ci hanno riservato una camera spaziosa con balcone affacciato sulla piscina; compreso nel prezzo il posto ombrellone sulla spiaggia. Abbiamo usufruito solo della colazione, buonissimo il servizio bar, un poco scarsa la varietà del cibo, comunque buono. Esiste un'animazione sia sulla spiaggia, la mattina, che il pomeriggio e la sera dopo cena, i ragazzi sono stati bravi e non invasivi. In camera da migliorare il bagno, mancano appigli per gli asciugamani da doccia; nella doccia lo spruzzatore deve essere cambiato e manca del tutto una doccetta bassa che aiuterebbe in alcuni casi. Nel frigo bar abbiamo trovato acqua, ma non indicazione di quanto costasse. In generale abbiamo fatto una buona vacanza, la posizione dell'albergo permette di visitare comodamente tutta la costa
