The location was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. The food was also great. The location of this hotel is close to everything. I will be back to stay at this hotel again.

We just stayed at the family hotel in Pizza di Massa. First, know that family means there are kids everywhere! We could hear the kids in the hall, next door, and above us running around even with earplugs. At breakfast, it was like a daycare with kids everywhere. Don't get me wrong I'm not an antacid. You should just know what you're doing. If it's me, I'd rather stay in a smaller, more charming hotel. On a positive note, the staff, including the front desk, was quite helpful. We met a lovely woman who lived in New York and knew all the good restaurants in town. So if you stay here, you'll have a great dinner, but don't count on a bit of sleep unless you love the kids and all the noise they make!.

Grand bait stayed during Christmas and we were spoilt! I have never seen a team work so hard to please the guest. Everyone from reception to waiter, cleaner, chef, babysitter, driver. Great team! Great food and a great atmosphere. Not sure if couples fit but perfect for families with children or larger groups. Super kid's area, wellness facilities, clean and tidy hotel and great food. Thank you gran bait and especially Marta and Roberto Casa.

The meals here were amazing, including the breakfast, brunch, and four o'clock tapas. Even though the restaurant and bar were very nice, I feel incredibly welcomed by the employees, especially the owner, and his great advice about hiking in the mountains.

I took six months to write this review, but I only wanted to share the experience with you. This hotel is magnificent. The accommodations are cozy and warm. Children can enjoy the soft play area and club, while adults can use the sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room as the soft play area and club for soft play in the bathroom keep kids occupied. On rare occasions, the hotel hosts a free happy hour with wine and snacks in the downstairs lobby. On our way home from the slopes, there is a delicious and sweet treat for everyone. There are many slopes nearby to choose from. Several ski rentals are also available. We had a rental car, so getting around was simple and straightforward. We love this location and plan to return in early 2018.
