During my daughter's semester abroad, a friend and I visited Florentine and stayed at this motel. They were absolutely helpful with anything you needed, from taxis to printing boarding passes. They still assist my daughter with any printing or taxi assistance she required while she was in Florence after we left the hotel to travel to the US. I heartily endorse this location if I ever return to Florence, which I am hoping to do shortly. It is also in a fantastic location because it is close to all Florent restaurants, train station museums, and other necessities.

Grand amore hotel is the best place to stay in Florence. The position cannot be beat. Close to a restaurant, a café, a train station, a train station, and many other places. As sisters traveling together, we felt comfortable walking around anywhere at night because it is in a very safe area, which is important to us! Given the location, the room was spacious and quiet. It was nice to have a good blow dryer in the shower because it has a high water pressure. However, the staff was the best part of the hotel, they gave us incredible advice, made reservations for us, called taxis, and fixed anything we brought to their attention immediately. We cant wait to return and come back here again!.

The service was excellent. Marco and Florence were very helpful. I got a sting from a sea urchin on my second day and needed some rest on check-out day. They set up a doctor to visit and take out the splinters and give me treatment and also make the room longer so I could rest. This warmth will definitely attract repeat customers.

We stayed in Florentine for four fantastic nights and were entirely happy with Grand Amore hotel and spa because of the excellent position. The pros are that it's central, as other people have mentioned, giving us the option to walk around town, pop back into the room to refresh and go out again. The room is spacious compared to other paris hotels, with high ceilings and a large king size bed. The staff were also amazing, they were all very friendly, professional and helpful. Housekeeping also did a great job every day. A consideration and disadvantage, one I wish I had known earlier, was that there wouldn't be an ac available during our early spring stay because we preferred a room that wasn't warm with circulating air. We were told that until the weather got warmer the only option was to open the window. This was fine during the day, but at night the noise on the streets was very loud and not ideal. Our only solution was to leave the window in the bathroom furthest away from us and close it directly near the bed. Thankfully we are both good sleepers and it wasn't too much of a deal at the end of the day. Another hiccup was when we checked, we were told immediately that breakfast was included in our package. In retrospect, I should have double checked my reservation instead of accepting it because there was a surprise bill during checkout

I will stay there again. This was a cozy and charming stay that undoubtedly provided convenience in terms of location. Things we liked 1. The location is conveniently situated to take the main train from other Italian cities. From restaurants, shops, local attractions, pharmacies, wine stores, bars, and other amenities you might want or need. 3. Always be safe on your feet while walking. 4. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy. Initially a bit cold, but with a little heat adjustment everything was fine. 5. The staff was fantastic, warm, and helpful. 6. There bar downstairs was great patrol spritzes 6. The spa was very relaxing and offered saunas and Turkish baths 7. The personnel gave me a lower rate for an extra night that I had to extend my stay, which was wonderful of them. 2. There was a slight odor upon entering the room, nothing significant but certainly not particularly pleasant. Note that it was minor and not even informed to the hotel. 2. The rooms doors were heavy and banged so loudly it was especially annoying when people were in and out while we were sleeping. 3. The rooms are not soundproof so you may hear the noise of other hotel guests. Overall, it was a really good stay!.
