We inform you that the cleaning fee and the tourist tax for the city of Bari are NOT included in the reservation and must be paid separately via the online check-in link that will be sent to confirm the reservation.
The cleaning fee is thirty euros for stays up to two nights or fifty euros for stays longer than two nights.
The tourist tax and the bank commission amount to two euros and twenty cents per night per person, up to a maximum of four nights.

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will need to send us an email to iltuobnb@gmail.com where we will then send you a link to check in online and sign the rental contract. This procedure is necessary because we cannot do it on agoda chat unlike other booking sites.
ONLY after completing the procedure, you will receive, 24 hours before check-in, the code to access the property independently and the link to the guest guide, with the necessary and useful information for your stay.
And if it doesn't work?
Someone will meet the guests on site.
IMPORTANT at a cost of ten euros per person, to be paid on site, you will be welcomed in person. In the event that you do not complete the check-in online, showing your document and only with prior notice with communication of the arrival time at least 24 hours before. Otherwise we will not be able to guarantee your check-in and avoid any inconvenience
