This hotel was super nice for me as a solo traveler. The town isn't exciting, but it's a short drive to other places. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to another hotel I stayed in the Dolomites that was similarly priced. The breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. I'd stay here again if I wanted to save money by not staying in a more central area

We spent a week here during our ski vacation. Excellent location, the belvedere lift stops right in front of the hotel and are two stops away, where the incredible skiing experience begins. Very clean rooms, a friendly and cozy atmosphere in the hotel, and in the canapes, in a typical alpine style. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and bowling and billiard facilities offer a lot of entertainment, as well as complimentary wifi. Breakfast and dinner are served with a variety of Italian pasta, meals, and delicious, delectable desserts. We appreciate your assistance and look forward to returning to the Dolomiti soon!.

Excellent value for money! Beautiful, well-kept lodging with a rich history. For a week of skiing vacation, we remained there. Canapes are within walking distance, and the bus station is almost directly in front of it, and the lifts are quite close by. We were there, but we could also order supper at affordable prices. There is a wonderful wellness area with a wide range of wall-to-wall hanging space. The service is always available and helpful. It could be noisy if on the roadside, but it didn't bother us.

In order to do some skiing in the neighbourhood, I spent a week here during the winter and took half board. Overall, a pretty motel with some minor improvements possible. Excellent, courteous, and competent staff Quiet, clean rooms Electronic lockers in the basement for storing ski equipment, including heated pipes for your shoes. free wifi Very large, stable area with the Superdolomiti pass. Cons Despite being extremely welcoming and accommodating, the staffs knowledge of English or any other language than Italian for that matter was rather limited. Wifi was only functional half the time and not always at full speed, so it was probably too little thought of the amount of people living in the hotel who wanted to use it Some rooms furniture appears rather outdated The phone in the room is from the 1950 s, there is still a bidet in the bathroom, and there is only a hatch outside to darken the room at night. The pillows on the mattresses are fairly short. Even taller people might feel uneasy. There are several shops close by, but to get to the closest ski lift, you either need to take the ski bus (about 1, 5, or him), but then you are still standing in line for about 30 minutes, or take the carbs to the top mountain, which takes at least 2025 minutes. Many ski regions are close by, but almost all require transportation to transport between them by bus. We didnt

I had already done so. The service provided by the personnel was excellent. There is plenty of space for ski gear storage in the spacious rooms and for access to the ski bus, you need to go approve.

The staff are not friendly, but the room has a kitchenette which can be useful. All additional costs are included, not just WiFi, so keep what you ask for. We stayed here for one night on a day trip to canapes, where we walked after dinner. The hotel was a little average, despite having a great games area including pool, bowling, billiards, etc for a small charge.

L'Hotel è in ottima posizione per raggiungere il Ciampac e la Marmolada. Camera pulita, colazione con ampia scelta, ho apprezzato molto le opzioni per celiaci. Purtroppo causa COVID alcune parti della struttura non erano disponibili per l'uso durante il mio breve soggiorno, per cui non posso esprimermi.

Nel complesso una buona struttura. Buona qualità prezzo. Pro: parcheggio gratuito e ampio, posizione vicina a canazei, alla fermata del bus e all’impianto di risalita, gentilezza del personale di sala Contro: servizi extra a pagamento (bowling e campo tennis), un giorno la piscina non era disponibile per manutenzione e non c’erano cartelli la mattina Colazione e cena buone anche se senza effetto wow. A mio parere basta veramente qualche correzione e accortezza per essere un hotel di categoria superiore
