Hotel Biancaneve is located near the mountain pass above the volcano. To get there, you must climb steep, winding mountain roads. The family room we had is the only exception. It only lasted for two people, but it was created and sold for three. Like most European hotels, the bathroom is similarly tiny. The beds are firm. A complimentary card is provided for free in the room and access to selected tourist attractions. We took advantage of that and visited a number of outstanding sites suggested by the host. Even though it is not the most efficient, the wifi is still functional. Breakfast is decent or satisfactory.

Biancaneve is a small, cozy hotel that provides excellent service, comfort, cuisine, and value. We recently checked in with 20 other people for a ski weekend. Having a large group can be stressful for small restaurants. The warm, welcoming staff treated us all as if we were family. Group meals were carefully planned, the shuttle service to the ski resort was free, and a celebratory predinner cocktail party was an unexpected treat. The rooms are charming and tidy. Most have a small terrace with views of the mountains. The meals were fresh and delicious. We even asked the chef for his Biscotti recipe! If you're going on a vacation to the Sodomites, hotel Biancaneve is strongly suggested!.

Excellent location, fantastic owner, friendly staff. I was there twice with a group of 30 people. Everyone was very satisfied. Kitchen is very tasty, bar is nice, sometimes great evenings and parties! The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are ski buses and skiing at 2030 am.

We have been suggested the location val di sole by a friend with 3 kids as the ideal location to begin the winter vacation on snow with kids. And our experience was exactly as we wished it was a thank you to the hotel biancaneve. It is located at the very end of the village, with lovely views on the right side of the hotel there is public hill ideal for first bobsleigh experience, on the left side there is a snow park with ski lift, and a conveyor belt for very beginners. Across the street is a cross county ski track and a small ice skating area. We tried everything and created amazing memories this first time on snow with our daughter. We also arrived only with winter clothing, but the rest can be rented for very reasonable prices, the hotel itself has a number of recent bobsleighs you can use daily for fun. The room we had was tiny with a bigger bathroom, but we did not miss out on the space we were always outside or downstairs in the common area. The room had a balcony with a great view and it was not difficult to add a regular bed for our child. We had full pension and enjoyed every simple, fresh, and delicious meal. Anything we asked for our child was prepared in minutes and with great care. It has a nice spa area, and a kid's play corner that I personally prefer not to

I'm very happy with my visit to this hotel, especially at the end of the season, The friendliness of the helpful and helpful staff was great, especially Simone, who is a kind and friendly host and has a good attitude and sense of humor. For vegetarians, there are vegan options as well, and the food is amazing. We also gotten to know the chef as he is such a nice guy who also wants to please me, and the overall atmosphere of service is one of the best we've found. We appreciate that you have a great stay. Ho voluto festeggiare l'anniversario di matrimonio con mia moglie passando due giorni in una località dove non era mai andato prima. Ho trovato questo Hotel tramite Hotels.com, buona posizione perchè vicino agli impianti di risalita, tipico albergo di montagna senza pretese ma ci siamo trovati bene grazie all'ampia disponibilità del personale. Stanze in ordine e pulizia nella norma.

Non sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della camera come arredamento e tenuta della struttura in base al prezzo che è costato il soggiorno, pulito ottima colazione molto gentili, ma la stanza e la struttura non adeguata a un tre steye al costo.
