This is an excellent hotel, in a surprisingly great small town that has beautiful plazas and small streets, as well as great restaurants and bars. The hotel was very nice, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a spacious room. The staff were very friendly too.

This hotel is an absolute jewel, in the ancient historic district and just a short walk from the main street, which is bustling with restaurants and cafes. Parking is not the best, but I have always been able to find a spot. The staff is amazing, honestly, I don't think I have met friendlier people anywhere on my travels. The name translates to old walls, and the hotel has been tastefully renovated without losing its age charm. Breakfast is typical Italian and very good, with a fantastic selection of local meats, cheeses, and fruit. There are undoubtedly other nice hotels in Palazzo, but this place ticks all the boxes.

The hotel is a special present waiting for guests to open.. Everything is flawless. The inviting entry which was painted in the right color to exude warmth, the soaring beam and steel stairway if you're prone to stair walking, and the little decorative details, all speak to an exquisite design eye that went into their renovation a few years ago. But article aura goes beyond the entry. Our room had a vaulted barrel ceiling, a very comfortable bed and pillows, good linen, and impeccable room care. Due to our late September stay, breakfast was served inside in a very lovely room with everything you could want. In warmer months, there is a walled garden that is truly a lovely oasis. On one of our two nights there, we ate in the adjacent restaurant and found it to be a truly delicious and elegant meal. The hotel is well situated in the old part of the palazzo and is easily within a 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian streets with shops and restaurants. While there is public parking, Id advise making a parking reservation with the hotel for their garage. Sometimes these little things are better than the long periods of travel, and in this case, we simply gave them our car keys and they took care of parking and picking up the vehicle. I had a wonderful experience staying here! Excellent location surrounded by ancient ruins. The accommodations were clean, spacious, quiet, and pleasant. Breakfast included a delectable assortment of pastries, fruit, yogurt, juices, cheeses, meats, bread, eggs, and of course the perfect coffee made to order, which could all be consumed inside or in the gorgeous garden outside. From a hygiene perspective, handsanitizer was available in the main areas, personnel members of the patronage were allowed to wear masks inside, and the rooms appeared immaculate and well-ventured.

This hotel is very well maintained, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they provide a delicious breakfast. Also, the location is in a quiet neighborhood and in the old centre, there is a delicious restaurant with a sophisticated kitchen, and the price is also reasonably priced.

The two architects of this experience deserve a special mention. We are looking forward to returning. Last august, I traveled to Palazzo, Italy with some pals. Italy is consistently a fantastic destination, so we had a good time. When we discovered that an old three-story house had been renovated and had since been used as a hotel, we were pleasant and pleasantly surprised. Mario and Paolo, the people who own it, were very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed brunch with rosie available to us, and we enjoyed dinner with all the delicious dishes the chef had to offer to us. We relaxed in the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, the hot water, and the automatic control of the central heating. We greatly appreciate the architects for making this experience memorable.
